I was thinking the same thing. Every time the white team came down, im screaming shoot under his elbow!
I thought so too, but it seemed quick to move down. He must struggle glove side. It happens, he seems very quick otherwise.
@@simcosports2584 Yeah,but in professional hockey, that might be a weakness.
@@Sorokin4Vezina A lot of what amateur goalies do wouldn’t work in professional hockey. If not in that environment, you should tailor your game to your competition. I play a touch back in my net, at times. The level in my league ranges from A to D, and it helps me in that environment. I also show five hole on breakaways to trick people into going there. It works a lot.
If you can tickle your ear with your glove then your glove is to high (yes i know my stance isnt perfect either)
I don’t know if anyone else has noticed it but you look more calm when making saves. I can definitely see improvement! Keep up the good work

Hey Sam; good game brother. RVH is really good and working for you. Also getting really good on the breakaways. Don't be afraid on those off-rush chances to poke-check - especially on weak angle cut-ins. Your reflexes are really getting better to be honest. Don't be hard on yourself and NEVER give up on any plays. I've seen my fair share of "A" level Canlan winter beer league hockey, and you're definitely top 5 goalies in there in the last decade. Side to side might need a tiny brush up but I don't really see any other flaws. Really really good game for you.
Poke check is a bad advice. You will get burned high blocker 90% of the time

You're defense hung you out to dry on the 2nd goal but overall good game. I love both teams jerseys and as sick as the true set is I prefer the tan ccms better. The other goalie was pretty good too, a little intense but it's all good, cheers!
