I love watching your channel, although being 1 month shy of my 70th birthday, I don’t always understand all of Josie’s slang. She has always translated for me when I asked however and that works. While I enjoy watching you make your finds and explaining the history behind them, I especially enjoy watching the exchanges between the 2 of you. When you look back in 20 or 30 years to this time, it will be the memories of your time together you will value so much more than the bottles. I subscribed to Josie’s new channel, although I seriously doubt from the pictures that I am the target audience. My trying to do some of the things she is pictured doing would probably ensure I’ll never see my 71st BD. I’m looking forward to see her all dressed up. I bet she’s an absolute stunner.

As a person who has had to rely on mental health outreach in the past it warms my and my family's heart seeing you so passionate for the people who seem to slip through the cracks. Really enjoyed the way that the two of you carried on like through the wind, cold, and runny noses. A couple of real troopers, you are. Have you tried white vinegar to remove the barnacles from the glass bottles? I wouldn't use it on the ceramics as it could damage them. Why do you not keep the old milk and cream bottles? I think that they are beautiful and many people collect them as well. Another amazing video. Thank you.
Hello Louis, we have tried to be a bit more selective as we are running out of space and also want to leave things for others. Funnily enough we used vinegar to help loosen the barnacles on these finds. Thank you and take care 😃👍

Another Belter of a day. I just love the doorknob Ink Well. I have never seen one of those either, it must be very rare. The two places I dream about going to is there in the creeks with you both and also with Willie from Dirty Secrets of Scotland. All of you have found your own Treasure Islands. Maybe some day in my next lifetime I may get the chance.

I believe Dad, the turquoise squat bottle is the bottom of an miniature Oil Lamp. I have a milk glass one with that same shape. So glad you saved it and cut it down. Josie, I will be pulling for you and your brother in the Run. Mental health is a big concern here in USA especially with Covid. And any one that takes that as a cause is number one in my book. I cant wait to see your skateboarding work.

You could use a plastic sledge, lined with large bubble wrap, to make it easier for you to collect the bottles, and to pull along, so you don't need to lug your backpacks. You could even use a child's dingy with an extendable dog lead attached, in your water searches? Just a few thoughts!

A Fabulous, not so muddy lark. All my faves were gathered together on the table. That of course would be the tiny poisons. I do think your gorgeous, smaller emerald-green bottle with the chipped top was a Lady's perfume bottle, that would have had a stunning, faceted stopper/dabber. Andy's pretty (glowing?) green container may have been the same Lady's dressing table lamp. On the bottles with the iridescence, since that part is underwater and sometimes free of barnacles, is it possible to use a spray on lacquer on the iridescent part of it before cleaning the rest of the bottle? Muddy ((Hugs)) to both you and Andy, as well as a prosperous result on your charitable run, to both you and your brother, Josie. What a Proud Father you must be, Andy.

Hello to you both I have been waiting fore this to come to the big screen and here it is, and my goodness what a feast it is you have both done well to get the bottles and jars that you have and they are all wonderful. I think my favourite has to be the very thin blue bottle in the front then closely followed by the ink bottle, although I do love all the ink bottles. I love the green and blue bottles. Especially the two together. Josey's onion shaped bracelet ink is beautiful too. So glad she didn't throw it away. I think it is my favorite of the hunt. I know you are an athlete, but I love that you are going to run to support mental health awareness and support. I live in the USA and I know how people struggle. I wonder how some bottles/finds would look like cleaned of gunk inside and outside, like you do so well, but with the barnacles still on them, also cleaned, the bottle/find that has a subtle attachment of barnacles in a nice order that could expand the daydream whilst looking. You are enjoying finding those Castor oil bottles, I wonder how many kids tried dumping them in the river to avoid the daily spoonful! Poor kiddies! How many Cod fish livers does it take to milk to fill a bottle! LOL It is so hard to pick a favorite, I have at least 4. Pickle Jar, bracelet ink, Dad's blob top & the tiny green poison.

Next. I would like to say how absolutely wonderful it is for you as a young person to be involved with the MIND project. My son was born with Downs Syndrome and although this is not the same kind of mental challenge as the one you are working for; it is still a mental challenge. I do know what you're going through, every day is a challenge. My older daughter has been diagnosed with OCD and depression with a lot of bipolar disorder thrown in. Well what can I say? Just an ordinary American family, nonetheless I wish you all the best with your fundraising efforts, and success on your Josie Lori account.
