    That looks absolutely fantastic I wish our local Asian market had some of these ingredients. I substitute spinich in a lot of dishes when I can't find the exact ingredient. It works.

      Thank you so much. Some of these ingredients can be found in the canned section of the Asian market, like the Yanang Leaves juice. I hear you though, I have difficulty finding some of these items too, especially off season. Usually, I end up growing a lot of these veggies and herbs myself for the convenience.       Those are staghorn sumac trees. They are just beginning to bloom their velvety red cones, which can be eaten.

      The leaf that makes up the broth of the soup is called Yanang leaves. The herbs added at the end are lemon basil and rice paddy herb.
