Ever since I was a kid, 9 - 10 years old I had this lao friend who introduced me to "Gang nor mai" and ever since I've been searching for that dish in laos restaurants but they never have it on the menu. I'm now 35 years old, Cambodian, and that is my number 1 laos food. Had it recently when I went on vacation to Seattle WA, but never again because I lived in a city that is 1000 miles away and barely diverse. I love dipping sticky rice into it, SO BOMB! thanks for sharing.
