Great Product. Well Made. Easy to use.
The spacing is the reason I'm leaning towards this pin over ever other one I've found. It's ideal in my opinion. The perfect ravioli square. 💕
We are so thrilled to be carrying our ravioli Rolling Pin at Toque Blanche, Half Moon Bay. Thank you for creating such a beautiful, sustainable, durable product for fresh pasta making!

Hi, I just found this product i like the idea very much...I make mini empaña, but they are still a bit bigger that a ravioli. Can you make one device to make empanadas?
Doesn't the cheese keep the edges from sticking together???

why do americans always put eggs in their pasta dough?
It's the better, richer form of pasta. In Italy the very poorest families made flour and water pasta. But, those who could afford eggs, salt and a little oil did so. When considering that for many, pasta and cheese were the primary sources of protein, you see that eggs were and are important.
adding egg makes dough harder which is good for pasta making, not ideal for ravioli.
ErnestYang using just the yolks would probably remedy that. If a pasta recipe calls for 4 eggs I put 8 yolks
So overpriced that it is ridiculous.
