- Being one of the most beautiful and moving pieces I have ever heard, prompted me to create this video for the enjoyment of all ~ My blessings to all of those that open their hearts to love ~

'Awaken the Dawn' is one of my all-time favorite compositions, and it may be my best ever. I don't know if it will ever be topped although several are in that realm (if you go to stantonlanierpiano I just posted the new track "Bread of Angels" from my latest CD release, which I believe you would enjoy) ... All I can do is give credit to God and my heart to express his peace, rest, hope and healing through music. This song was one of those that I knew it wasn't me writing it as it happened."

Makes me sad at the pit of my stomach. It is a beautiful song that really makes you think about things.
I heard this at 4 in the morning on my cable TV music channel. I just stared in the air. Wow.
That's exactly where I first heard it. I was reading and had to stop and listen. Beautiful.
Usually I'm not one for putting stories on youtube videos but I've been down ill for weeks and this song was 'recommended' by UA-cam so I put it on the speakers and I just started crying and my cat came up by me, laid down in front my face and started 'cleaning' away my tears. I don't feel sad, I don't know why I cried... what I do know is I am so damn lucky to have such a wonderful little spirit in my life. Music brings out the best in everyone, I guess?

Yes...they needed to lose the Yin and Yang..how pitiful his song was abased to that in the video
Because he did. Animals know us best, even if they don't speak out language. They know. This song lets me see the place where animals long past in my life are all together again, in a field full of wildflowers and sunshine. I know its only a place in my head, but its somewhere I can always go and be happy for a little bit again.

Our mother just passed away, at 95, home cared for by my sister and I. I meditate often on her full, remarkable life. This is the perfect music. Yes, I do cry..but more than this..I celebrate and honor HER life, by creating love and kindness in my own. Always, mom..always..And thank you for this inspirational piece.
