I think i only didn't understand the troubleshoot part(statements such as "false negative gas production"). Can you explain just a little better to me please.
When your needle pierces the bottom of the slant, all formed gas will escape giving false negative gas
Why A/k is ignored?
Because there is no such result where Enterobacteriaceae can utilize lactose (slant), but can not utilize glucose (butt).
