I used this method last night and it worked out really well. The chops were tender and juicy. Only difference I did was I folded the ends of the foil up around the chops to make a little tray and added 3 pats of butter. All of the juices and butter made them really juicy! I didn''t get the burnt bbq sauce that you got but it was still good. Thanks!
