It's a bug. Hydro traveler is the worst element yet, but the bug with the ult reflecting the xiao lantern makes the dmg looks and hits like a machine gun. The more xiao lantern u put, the harder it hits. it could even kill the hardest boss in the game if u put like 100 xiao lantern with just decent build with a single ult. Tho keep in mind, you can't put down xiao lantern in the abyss so it's only useful fighting against locale legends that is harder than spiral abyss, but doesnt give much reward other than for the sake of players who just want challenges. And keep in mind, 1 Xiao lantern cost u 500 mora. if u even use 100 xiao lantern, u're gonna burn 50k mora in an instant with a single boss, so it's not effective. It's just a fun bug, really. wouldn't recommend building hydro traveler just for the sake of this bug, which is also extremely expensive and limited
