sir one doubt , you are considering H2=500 mm for the below tapping point, hence it's below the zero level, its could be H2=(-500 mm) so that it will be calculated as 2000-500 x 0.84, then answer will be 1260 mm right?

Hello dear, thank you for your question. H2 is the distance from the transmitter to the lower point of the tank, as the tranmitter is installed under the tank (500mm), so when the tank is empty we still have the pressure effect of the liquid inside the pipe (impulse line).
Otherwise we need to seprese this value inside the transmitter itself.
