Palestinian people should ask for the European government to form special forces of 10.000 man army to serve in Palestinian territory as one unit and relieve the Israel from any duties. An this force should also guarantee that no matter what Israel never be in danger from Palestinian territory. There will be no need for Israel to refuse this action.

You are right, hamas is not a politic party, it is a group of terror militants. Unless there is a politic reform, a terror militants controlled territory is a threat to neighbours countrues.
