He’s basically some war veteran that survived a near death experience and eventually wears a plastic dome on his head to keep his organs in his head. Plus he’s a mutant anti-supremacist so….yea.
Another fun fact, John Kassir (who voices Scorpion 2099 in this game, though it's kinda hard to tell with the growling and filtering) previously voiced Deadpool in X-Men Legends 2 and Ultimate Alliance 1 & 2. He also voices one of Deadpool's fanboys in this game.
