    I have been to a clean up trip to this cave. Glow sticks, beer cans, broken glass, candle wax, cig butts. Please remember to take all belongings out with you!

      I do plan on going back soon and bringing some friends along. I didn't want to go in too deep just being by myself.

    I was there yesterday and the second squeeze hole you looked in, the one above the skylight entrance, was blowing a strong current of warm air. I don't know if it's the third horizontal entrance or just an escape point for upward flowing air.

    I've been here a few times now like a previous comment states that cave goes down very deep and has massive opening threw cracks/hole most people can't fit threw but if you can you find there's so much more too that cave. Where you find all the trash people talk about in the coliseum witch I've been too everytime I have went threw this cave; there are plenty more routes that will only take you further and further down. Other then my own adventures in wind cave. My dad also told me stories of people going down as far as the riverbed and that it does not stop there. I would love too learn more about the furthest people have gone down in this cave with proof. Wish I could find others alike and do such a mission my self.

      I've been interested in all these stories about people getting down the river level. I've been to the cave about 10 times and have gone through all the mapped sections. Are there other hard to reach sections that are unmapped?

    You were pronouncing it correctly. It is pek-way. It was named for an Indian tribe that lived there, and that was just the settlers best guess at how to represent the sounds. My mother used to teach there.

    I remember going into this cave 30+ years ago.. If you enter the large entrance that you did at first.. You will come across an exit that you can crawl up and out of.. End up on the top of the hill.. To fat to attempt that now..

    Was just there today. The crevis to get to the big part of the cave is extremely narrow and hard to get through.

    I watched a story of a guy who went down into a cave think it was nutty putty cave,he was on his belly snake crawling and went head first down into a tight spot where he got stuck and died,he was in an inverted position for hours,really must have sucked! I heard if they would have broke his legs they could have saved him.

    There use to be a bridge about 100 feet down that allowed you to go deeper, but two boysin the early 1900's got lost & died of hypothermia, so they blew up the bridge.
    You can park at Pequea creek and hike the railroad track to the cave.

    • @liamhowell3497
      @liamhowell3497 Рік тому

      Is the bridge you're talking about different from the old wooden one that was originally in the cave?

    do you have any info on any other caves? i saw you had a few other videos on caves. thanks and hope to hear from you.

      The only caves I know about for sure are the ones I have videos on. There are others, but I'm still searching for their locations. The established 'caving community' keeps a tight lid on that info.

    • @gimiesome

      Extra flash light is a good idea but a phone is not going to help inside the cave
