I work in a private studio and after dark I like to turn off all the lights in the building and just have the ring light that lights up the entire tattoo and doesn't create harsh cast shadows. It creates a very intimate setting and you just get to focus on the tattoo
Wow, you have electric lights? Luckyyyyyy! Ha! Those yellow construction lights (sodium halide?) are very bright and they give off heat if you have a cold shop!

Ring lights are crazy popular now
@@TattooShopTalk Did you ever compare some of them in a video ? Couldn’t find
Thanks! For headlamps, I personally use the petzl pixa 1, which has been designed for proximity lighting. A little big maybe, but diffused light.
Petzl is top notch
Ringlight work great
They really do. We have them above few stations.
Good vídeo man thanks! 🙏
Thing about metal lamps is they heat up and if you wrap them in plastic it melts it
Good point. We have them with ikea LED bulbs and they get pretty hot but never melted the plastic but any other light might do that.
So useful! Thanks so much!
bro your kit isnt available. can you please send the link for the products? tyyy
Link should work now. Kit.com changed to kit.co recently so there was a letter too much.

Heating and light - win win situation
What's the name of the headlamps pls
Just type in on Amazon - headlamp with sensor swith. These pretty generic therefore budget friendly
What is it called. The link is not working.

+Blind Rosh there is nothing wrong with LED lights and they are all kind of blueish they are usually around 5500-6000k of color temperature.
