99.9999% of the time this is such an inspiring channel for gym culture. So many people are respectful of what they think is a newcomer, and they are so worried about his safety, and being so helpful to him. Then when they see him toss these weights around they are so shocked and surprised and happy for him. It's a good thing to see.
I love the way he just picks up the weights to move them out of the way to clean and then moves them back after like they are nothing and the reaction of the guys that were struggling to lift them just before. So funny. 😃
@@Bayernsven91 my issue here is that the weights itself aren't big. two guys working out with 3x red weighs 10kgs watch, pulse one black 10k also that's per side so 80kg in total, 20kg for the bar so total 100kg. Which is not a big deal and that struggle of lifters doesn't look real.
I think the cameraman is his girlfriend if you follow him on instagram you would know they're always in the gym together so for the cameraman being a lady will reduce the suspicious imo
Not only is his ability to lift enormous weight impressive, but the dexterity and control with which he does it and the ability to maneuver and adjust his body mid-lift is absolute insanity. Goals for sure

I haven't been to a gym in a while and I am not into fitness content. HOWEVER, the fact that people in your videos often are so incredibly supporting when they assume you are a beginner and genially are happy for you when you do super hard things makes it a really wholesome experience to watch for me. I don't laugh, I smile, and that's quite an achievement for a video! Thank you.
The best part is despite the initial apprehension, almost everyone finds humor and there's genuine respect for his strength and technique. People may not know Vlad's real identity, but they certainly recognize 'amazing' when they see one!

Ok, after watching many of these videos I finally went ahead and subscribed. These videos are hilarious! Even knowing what you are capable of lifting as a powerlifter, it still amazes me to see not only how heavy a weight you can lift for your body size, but also with such ease! The looks on the faces of the people you prank when they see you lift is priceless!

This is very cool and very funny! I go to the gym 3-4 times a week. I'm 53 and in good shape, I am a medium defined athletic build. I love this with the big muscleheads trippin out when he lifts with them and pushes all the weight they are doing. This is great man.

As a fellow gym influencer, totally agreed. His muscles have Myostatin-related muscle hypertrophy, its a rare genetic condition characterized by reduced body fat and increased skeletal muscle size. Affected individuals have up to twice the usual amount of muscle mass in their bodies, but increases in muscle strength are not usually congruent. Clearly he is huge and has super dense muscles and you can tell he put in the work and hours but because of this he doesn't look as big, but personally to me it looks more attractive and he just looks super lean.
