Thanks man! Yeah I tried a volleyball but my hands are so small I can't palm it so it's a struggle to hold lol. I'll get there eventually . You should try it, it's a great way to track if you get better at producing power over time. I appreciate you watching my friend
Yeah that's a fair point but the 40 degree weather is a real issue too. I'd rather be warm and slightly more injury resistant than run fractions of a second faster personally
