I noticed how every finale showed Rick changing or realizing his changes in some way. Season 1: accepting having to survive at all costs, especially considering what Jenner whispered to him. Season 2: deciding he had to lay down the law with his people. His way or the highway. Season 3: learning the importance of keeping his humanity. Season 4: getting used to the kill-or-be-killed mentality. Season 5: having to teach those that don’t know what it’s like to suffer in this new world. Season 6: learning very quickly that strength and ego will only get you so far, especially after being ambushed by Negan’s people. Season 7: finding the courage to stand up to and fight against his oppressors, even though the odds are not in his favour. Season 8: being able to find peace in times of war and death. Season 9: being able to sacrifice everything (including himself and his goals) if it means protecting those he cares about. UPDATE - Season 11: coming to terms with the reality that he is faced with while still holding on to the hope of finding his family.

I can understand why Andrea stayed at Woodbury. She didn’t have much to live for, but she wanted to live for making peace between her old friends and her new… “temporary acquaintances”. Her death really did make me sad, and the way the season ended with that was sad to me. She was so close to surviving it.
Season 5 when they get to the gates of Alexandria is a much better alternative finale. How could you dislike Season 4 and 5 they're the shows best by far.

Just came here after finishing S11, S3 ending was my top ending in the whole series, so I came back to rewatch this after finishing the series finale to compare what I used to feel back in S3 to what I felt in S11, I watched this video and I smiled all the way to it's end and man, there's just no compare. I realized I just have to accept that TWD S1-S6 IS the show that I fell in love with not what came after. The ending of S11 was good & not bad, but the ending of S3 was just beautiful.

One thing i never got was why they moved all the plebs into the prison instead of just taking over Woodbury, which had proper housing and significantly better infrastructure, was more defensible and wasn't half overrun by zombies.
True Reed Flitcroft. No one knew where the Governor was. It would have too dangerous had he returned. He had already killed all his people that went to fight at the prison. Plus, they probably took all the food, ammo, medication and supplies from Woodbury that the Governor had been killing people for.

Its not anymore. Ever since Scott Gimple became showrunner its gotten worse. Most TV shows mould the story round what the characters do and how they act, he makes them do ridiculously stupid things just to push the plot along. After the cheap Season 6 finale cliffhanger and then the overly violent torture-porn of the S7 premiere I was almost done with the show. He has no respect for TWD fans or the characters in the show. The show was so much better quality in Seasons 1, 2 and 3, when Frank Darabont and Glen Mazzarra were showrunners.
I still enjoy the show, but the death of Andrea made me disconnect with the show somewhat. Season 3 was far from perfect, Mazarra didn't know what he was doing half the time. Having aid that, Gimple does annoy me at times with some of his choices and he tries too artsy and clever at times.
I think Seasons 2 and 3 were the show's best seasons, followed by Season 1. Focused on the characters and what they said and did actually had some depth and meaning and thought behind it. The characters constantly do the most ridiculously stupid things now.

This was he best season. Season 4 a was awful
la temporada 4 fue...aburrida, es como que quisieron hacer algo pero jamas lo terminaban de hacer y quedaba todo sin resolver, encima el gobernador apenas tuvo 2 episodios para desarrollar su nueva vida y atacar la prision

This ending was horrible. I hated how Rick just willingly brings more burdens to their safe haven

Yeah it is horrible. They destroyed it. They force emotion on audience for characters barely in the show. Its awkward and lame now.
They need to bring Rick back desperately because I don’t see how they can end it without him
