Stuck in a tunnel? you need a long stick! I used to fly my bixler plane in a small equipment storage yard and after getting it stuck in a tree, I found the longest stick I could find and left it by the side of the access road. Had a V on the end which made it great for lifting the plane out of the trees.....
@@TomleyRC I was going to post a link to one, but can't find it. I saw a video a few years ago of a "recovery duck" for r/c boats. It was a remote controlled duck with pinchers on the front to go out in the middle of a lake and grab hold of your capsized r/c boat. It was hilarious!

That's a nice one. What do you have to look for in a crawler? These licenced ones are so low, do you need higher ones or are these ones just nice to look at, or is it better to have a low centre of gravity on these ones? Like the hsp pengolin is higher but ugly😅
Phil, did the metal wheels make the truck noticeably more resistant to rolling? I think you did well to keep the bull bar intact, and very well to thread the needle @ 9:06.;You even repositioned the camera halfway through - you're a cool customer! Still wondering how you got it out of the tunnel. I'm thinking "long stick"...
I told FairRc if FMS ever has the common decency to make an fcx18 update to their beautiful Hilux, they should offer it done up as a technical. For the meme after all
