You might not realize it now but these memories and experiences are going to be with you the rest of your life. Life really goes by fast, cherish every moment you have in college. Soon you'll be working and in a whole nother phase of life and thinking how this time flew by. I know I've been blessed to be part of this journey with you and will never forget it. Keep chasing you dreams, you have more to catch.

If I run a 1:56 as a sophomore, do I have a chance on going to a top D1 college?

There’s always a chance, depends on how bad you want it. But 1:56 as a sophomore, you’re looking pretty good

I’m heading into my junior year of high school and I’m trying to break 2 in the 800. Does anyone know things that I could do to get there? I ran 206 this year

do NOT neglect your strength. That’s the main thing that got me to crack 2 finally. Hills and fast 200 repeats (broken 4s) helped immensely.
Clayton Murphy posted some great workouts that I used if you wanna go check those out
don’t be afraid to full send it! The 800 hurts. Really bad. Go for it!!
