    Nicely covered video with lot of details. Floors plans and open green area presented by ATS Rhapsody and Destinair is something not available in any other builder in the area. 2 unit per floor concept is brought by ATS and ATS HomeKraft only in the market is also a courageous move.

    ATS shall bounce back, bcz in Noida ACE and Godrej ko beat only ATS kr sakta hai, n pricing of ACE and Godrej is sky rocket these days.

    I think this is non mivan construction so the project will be at discount to mivan projects. Also, construction quality can be compromised as it went through delays and financial crunch

      Lolz , this the true best project of sector 1 gnw. Smallest size is 1800sq ft and max open space. So no mess and khichdi.. this will be the most expensive in the region bro

      @@AmitSharma-rq5ll red brick/ash brick project has lower life as compared to mivan construction. Construction quality of ATS projects in last 5 years is not of original ATS quality. I haven't checked this project in particular but have seen other projects. What is the basis of your opinion?

      I have visited ATS Rhapsody atleast 8-10 times in last 3 years and found construction quality is much better than any other brick based project. Its not justified to even compare ots quality with brick based projects in the area. Project might be delayed but the construction quality is never compromised.

      @@ashishmaurya5017 that's good non biased review, but still imho not going to be best project of sector 1. The current rates are also not justified for non mivan project, however good the quality, can't match good mivan construction.

      Mivan construction is one of the aspects for selection of property but it’s can be the entire reason. It all depends what choices are available when you want to purchase. There are lot of other factor like location, density, risk and so on. I can’t see any project which has mivan construction but don’t have any other negative aspect.
