@@AmitSharma-rq5ll red brick/ash brick project has lower life as compared to mivan construction. Construction quality of ATS projects in last 5 years is not of original ATS quality. I haven't checked this project in particular but have seen other projects. What is the basis of your opinion?
I have visited ATS Rhapsody atleast 8-10 times in last 3 years and found construction quality is much better than any other brick based project. Its not justified to even compare ots quality with brick based projects in the area. Project might be delayed but the construction quality is never compromised.

Mivan construction is one of the aspects for selection of property but it’s can be the entire reason. It all depends what choices are available when you want to purchase. There are lot of other factor like location, density, risk and so on. I can’t see any project which has mivan construction but don’t have any other negative aspect.
