New subscriber here 👋🫠🫠if I lived in a place like that I’d never leave 😂 if you live in an officetel, it’s crazy expensive. Nothing less than ₩80 000. Then in winter, ₩120 000-₩200 000 even up to 300K jeses😢😢😢😢😢😢😢 even if you don’t turn on the floor heating as much, but others do and everyone is included ai ai ai ai 😂😢. I didn’t have gas though. Sadly, you don’t know what the bills will look like until you arrive at your placement ( I was with EPIK so I can’t say much about the salaries to accept). Awesome video! Stay there forever hle 😭😭😂you’re living nice.

Ah sis thanks for the sub! it's honestly great to hear such comment, geez I have heard officetels are expensive and some people live in a tiny apartment and they pay same amount like us.
I think the best advice for people who are accepting Hagwons should ask if it's an officetel or not. The other two apartments we lived in were actually cheaper than the current place.

@@TraceTheFace62 That's madness sounding like South Korea, which city are you located at. I think it might help people when negotiating the salary. If I ever change schools I will make sure to consider the utilities costs or should I say building maintainance fee.
