That's great Shirley! Hope you enjoy, as you can see its a fascinating hobby with the bonus seeing wildlife and the great outdoors. Also so good for mental health to forget your troubles and imagine a different time. Best of luck kiddo😉
Amazing finds as always. Those big old oak trees were their HVAC of the day. That's a years worth of finds for a lot of people. Thanks a bunch for sharing!!!
Love seeing the places you go and the things you find. You definitely inspire me to go out and finded history in the groud. I try to watch all your videos. It would make my day to metal detect with you one day. Keep up the good hunt.
I just got a Garrett metal detector for Christmas! I live in SC on an old plantation house from the late 1790s! So im hoping to find some more great treasures!
There's a bunch of old, old house sites by me and I seriously wish I would've hunted them before I became unable to walk. That's why I like watching your videos, Mike! You find awesome treasures and make great videos doing it!
Those are incredible finds! The servant tag, candlestick base and coins - amazing. I loved seeing that live oak too. Hope you all have a Happy New Years and great success in your future hunts!
Thanks for sharing another video with us, thank you for taking the time to make them for us we appreciate it. Hope you had a great Christmas 🎄 and here's to a fantastic New year 😊.
Hello Michael thanks for sharing 👍 your hunt with us . Greetings from England 🇬🇧 Simon and Beth watching 🙋. Some lovely buttons and lots of coins 🪙 👌. Happy 2024 🎉♥️😍
Always love watching nuggets videos, he always hunts some great places that look untouched and off the beaten path. I was at one of his first events and had a blast. Won some great gift civil war relics and still have a bag of silver coins from it. Highly recommend attending if you like to metal detect!
I remember Russ he used to dig with S C Digger. He found a beautiful SC plate. Ol Harley is a good dude. I'd bet thats one of his sites. Your a good man too Nugget. Glad you boys are saving history. I'd buy Harley a nice dinner and bug spray to tag along. Happy New Year's Eve. Stay safe and have a Blessed New Year.
Russ and Harley are both good guys and great detectorist. The bugs seem to like me more than the others lol, even with bug spray. Thanks for watching and Happy New Year!
Nice finds, heard a mosquito buzzing when you found that indian head penny, crazy to see the dang vultures in december. Happy new year, hope y'all find more good stuff in 2024. G-d bless.
Great finds guys😮! I'm going to get a detector once I'm retired. And heading for the east coast with my camper van,, first, then from there. Who knows😂
1 out of every 50 sites I check out may be like this. It involves a lot of leg work, exploring, research and going places not obvious and long forgotten. Thanks for watching!
Great video, been watching you for a long time now and got my grandson interested in this, we got him a detector for Christmas and one of his first finds was a Gem razor from the late 20s on our family farm in TN, he thought it was the greatest thing 👍, thanks for your videos always being family friendly 😊😊
Happy new year as well, your videos are super cool. Since i posted my 1st few videos in the beginning of november, im still thinking of where to do my next video
That oak was likely around long before America was founded, and possibly before Columbus sailed across the Atlantic. I wouldn't be surprised if it were 600 or even 700 years old, though it's probably more likely 450 to 550 years old.
Watching from Maine. Just started detecting last year. Found a Perfect 1861 O half dime with my cheapo Bounty Hunter Gold Digger😂. I'm hooked-now to upgrade for next year!
Well my friend you sure had a NYEve Blessing today. I would love to find something. But we had $982 worth of filthy repairs to the wife's car so my hopes for a detector went out the window. Happy New Year! SC sounds like a blast!
I use the AT pro , because the sounds and tones are easier to distinguish in a iron invested site. The iron gives a grunt, small buttons and relics give a mid tone, and coins and high conductive targets give a higher tone signal. I can tell what something is without looking at numbers most times. Thanks for watching! If you go to Garrett.com/store and use code “nugget1” you’ll receive discount on your order
The Nugget Noggin Live Silver Event is this May 4, 2024 . Get details here: www.nuggetnoggin.com/event

That's great Shirley! Hope you enjoy, as you can see its a fascinating hobby with the bonus seeing wildlife and the great outdoors. Also so good for mental health to forget your troubles and imagine a different time.
Best of luck kiddo😉

Hi from Maclean NSW Australia
Michael, is the May the force on the 4th be with you, a never detected event or buried relics and coins event?
No marble, but we got the spoon. I've watched you find a lot of both over the years.
I always seem to find one of them on a hunt. I did find like 3 marbles the other day in the creek, I haven't posted that video yet
Happy New Year to you and your family🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉😊😊😊😊😊
Happy new year

I think you need to invest in some bug repellant (or a bounce dryer sheet)
Love the videos bro ❤. I found a 1930 King Henry coin.
Very nice! Keep the finds coming!
Hey there I was wondering which one of the ATs you use and your reasons for that particular one.
I found the 1930 coin in a coin charger that you will find at Walmart or other stores
Hi Nugget. Has anyone ever contacted you to buy something they seen you find?
Yes, I get it a lot actually, usually through facebook. Thanks for watching!
