I agree I hate when the place forgets something and you have to call back, it can feel awkward even though you're after paying for it lol. Sometimes it is ridiculous though like they forget multiple drinks, dips or the best one last time an entire pizza. I get if they're busy but surely its not that hard for them to check the bag and receipt each time? Happens way too often.
