I started watching the ice melt in my glass after the first minute and a half and that was actually more riveting....gave me a bit of an adrenaline rush wondering if my entire glass of ice would melt before the ride finally started.
The title says No Brakes, but it looks like they were applied the entire time. Ride too short. The USA has nothing like the great long and fast mountain coasters of Austria or Switzerland or Germany. Then again, this place is in Tennessee, what the hell do they know about roller coasters?
Almost 5 minutes of zzzzz and heavy breathing before it got kind of good. Gives me a good idea of what to expect though so thanks for that. Can you apply the brakes if you want??
The cars can't fall off as they are fixed to the track. And the carts have automatic flywheel brakes who keep them at a certain maximum speed, even when you fully release the manual brakes. It's the best alpine coaster in the are though, since the others have much more automatic braking throughout the track.
just wasted 7 mins of my life 5 mins to get up a hill and 2 mins to tottle back down it emmmmmmmm yup riveting stuff hold onto your seat your about to poo your pant, next!
%100 use those breaks on those right banks.... Been on her many times...just slip the guys a 10 dollar bill if your good.. And Bam 2 people can ride..Libra power
Totally lame compared to those European coasters! I mean the first few minuets you moved at a snails pace, I imagine out west in places like Colorado and Nevada they have longer ones. Of course when the mountains are bigger you'll have longer coasters.
This video was worth the price of admission but the comments made it easy to sit through

That was a lot of grunting.

You are a jackass, what the hell do you know about anything!?
Ride starts at 4:43
thanks for the great video!
I rode the second one shown on this on sunday and it was a lot of fun. Wish it was longer but for the price we paid it was a good time.
That grunting tho...
Right I’m like WTH 😂😂
Best ride! I would highly recommend it.
Did this coaster get burnt in the fire ? Plz tell me
did you use brakes and was it fun? doesn't say it anywhere in the video.....
Omg i went on this same one 😮

Wow that is crazy how long that ride lasted!!
Just came back from Gatlinburg. Cool coaster but overpriced. 27 bucks for my wife and I to ride it once lol. way to short.
Sorry I’m late... The ones in Pigeon Forge are better. Just came back from there
They have brakes for this? Why? top speed on this thing can't be over 20mph. They need a "actually go fast" button.
If I didn't have brakes and you went to fast, the car could fall off or you can run into someone is what they said while I was there!
Schuyler Kidd That's hilarious. The owners fear a lawsuit exponentially more than a thrill seeker fears the ride itself.

Goes over 30mph

Do these use some sort of inertia brakes so you cant go to fast? You would think this would go faster if you didn't use brakes all the way down.
will you be doing the one at ober gatlinburg?
Wow I didn't know Ken Kaniff road these
This is insanely fun I was ther the day before the fires
But you pull some g's
Does this have a block system?
How many times can we ride?
I went on that ride and it was fucking awesome!
This is a short one.

Way too short of a ride, not to mention it was painfully boring for the first 4 minutes moving at a snails pace....I still want to ride it though.
