    I have this one in red and blue! :) I love it! still looks new and they are 6 years old.

    Yes, I think the biggest issue you will find with using air tires is the higher rolling resistance in air tires. To combat this, over inflate the tires by about 10 PSI and you will find the wheels roll much better.

    @usrocket It's simply a kick scooter by the original GoPed brand that is hand crafted with only quality materials in the USA.

    I believe green is no longer available but if you call the factory... they have done special colors in the past for an additional fee.

    Well, I love mine and use it all the time and there are plenty of others that feel the same way.

    No, these models are still in production but they are being snatched up quickly so even amazon cant stock them.

    Would it be possible to convert what was originally a motorized Go-Ped into a push scooter if I remove the pneumatic tires and engine and replace those with the Go-Active tires and stuff?

    There are a few color choices available. I think the green is no longer one of those colors though.

    I want to order one, do you guys do custom colors? Or at least stock colors? The green one in the video isn't offered... I'd contemplate, liquimatic yellow or maybe Super X-Ped orange...

    Well if you disconnect the chain or drive spindle you will end up with a non powered kick scooter. Now just remove the engine and gas tank because your not using them to save the weight.

    @Deka1184 it's not a snow scooter.

    What would the final weight of the scooter be? The scooter in question is a Go-Ped Bigfoot that hasn't run in five years. They're trynig to fix it up, but in the event they call it quits I have dibs on purchasing it from them, and I'm not too keen on paying for a lot of gas myself. :D

    That's not too awful heavy, actually. More momentum in the flat areas where I live would be highly achievable.

    Nope! Not at all. They are amazing. The tires are very durable. :)

    I bet a Bigfoot with the engine and gas tank removed would weight in the neighborhood of around 17 pounds give or take up to 3 pounds.

      It's for people's kids, I'd feel ridiculous on one. Motorless scooters still sell like hotcakes though and as a GoPed fan would you want your kid riding anything else?
