Bro I just realizing that Kishimoto and Ikemoto might be cooking an INSANE parallel to the Boruto anime, during the Mitsuki Retrieval Arc, Mitsuki feigned befriending the Akuta, and in particular a nicer, more innocent one named Sekiei, that he ended up taking down in order to save Boruto. He's already done this once before. He's 100% going to be the one to brutally put Ryu down. Go rewatch the arc if you don't believe me, it is almost play for play the exact same scenario he employed back then that Shikamaru is employing now.
I wonder if the conflicts between the shinju and shinobi will hit a stale mate after losses.. It would be interesting if jura actually offers boruto assistance after discovering kojis possible lie on who’s a threat to the shinobi world overall

I don't know I think I'm team sumire I just think she acted out of emotion in the last chapter But sarada still thinking about it instead of locking in really made me disappointed with her in this chapter but I understand its a setup chapter still 7 out of 10 for me I wanted the biggest last fight to be on the last month of the year

People need to put some respect on Shikamaru’s name. He’s the only one who figured out how to kill an IMMORTAL before the Otsutsuki was even a thing. Hes the ONLY one smart enough to think outside the box to find a different way to finesse Jura. No one else can say they defeated an immortal so Jura is a perfect challenge for Shikamaru’s next achievement

The vibes I'm getting from this, is they're going to eventually go to the Otsuki's home planet, and with the help of the shinju defeat them. Idk man, very far fetched here, but we all think that the shinju are the "real" enemies, but might end up being the Otsuki's who come to claim earth's Chakra in a future arc. This is all just a best case scenario tho.

It's been Koji the whole time but he was asleep/dormant within Koji until Koji was brought to the brink of death which ultimately awoke the Otsutsuki within Koji. Koji believes the ability he had awoken is a Shinjutsu belonging to Shibai but it could actually be the Otsutuki within him that's using him as the vessel to manipulate events in order to bring about his revival and unfortunately he's using an unsuspecting Boruto(who currently believes he's helping to prevent the "worse possible future) in order to accomplish this. Just like how Black zetsu manipulated Madara who manipulated Obito who unwillingly played a part in Madaras revival which then ultimately led to Madara casting the infinite Tsukuyomi which was instrumental in resurrecting Kaguya Otsutsuki. And now history is repeating itself. Boruto is Obito and Kashin Koji is Madara, the Otsutsuki within Koji will be revived using Koji's body.
