Hi friend, is there any software or application to limit cpu. I'm getting fps like 30 to 45fps but the game is stuttering unplayable. I have gtx 1650 laptop. Only game giving me headache for so many years.
You should have an FPS option in the nvidia control panel if not I can recommend rivatuner statistic server that can limit you fps as well hope this helps😄
It could be that your memory is having issues or maybe a CPU/GPU overheating. I would recommend using the smallest preset to see if it is still present if it isn't then start turning on every setting one at a time. If it is still present then there is an issue with a part in your pc or something running in the background that could be taking resources away from the game😄
Idk why but im trying play on GTX 1650 High 70-80 fps Then try on RX 7700 XT same fps on high, whats wrong with this game RDR 2 full ultra settings and have 100 fps But AC O....
Corrections: Depth of field only works in cutscenes, but still caused a drop in fps when turned on but not active.

I seem to stutter only when i pan the camera going insane trying to find out why its the only game. Any help?

It is a very CPU heavy game so getting above that is gonna be pretty tough😅
