I decided to book a several hour journey on one of Boutique's Pilatus PC-12's, to try them out...and to then share the experience with you. I stayed with the same pilot through her entire work day, which was awesome, and a first for her.
Flight Date: Wednesday, May 16, 2018

Dude her flow at 1:30 is way too good damn fast and clean
I Love the color of this Pilatus. "GREAT" footage as always Ryan and thanks for taking us along for the ride.
It was a privately owned aircraft prior, I believe by a Doctor. When Boutique picked it up, they slapped their logo on it instead of repainting, which was a great move.
Excellent trip report! I hope she has more days like this, where a single passenger stays with her during the whole day!
She was cool with it, and she was quite pleasant to speak with...but man, she can land a plane like no other. I want to re-book with them, and hopefully get her again.
Great to see that great beautiful aircraft from Pilatus a high quality, safe one to. On day I want to fly with such one, because I'm a 🇨🇭 living with my family in Asia now.
Keep going nice video and a excellent pilot too! 🍀👍👏🇨🇭🐘🇨🇷
greatest machines in the world!, thank you for sharing these videos , another great job
Great job lady, I'm really proud of you hope to fly with you one of this days
Start up sound it's just amazing!
That's fantastic! I love it!
Glad you enjoyed it, Ryan! It was a pleasure to fly on such a cool plane in passenger service.
Extemely Well done video Ryan. Hopefully, ill be flying for them soon.
Hey there, buddy! That seems like a very cool flying gig.
How are you sir. I know a few of Captains there...including the one you were flying with. Also waiting to see if the corporate jet Charter service Brian is currently flying for...will open up. Really great video
Did you get the Job?
Man she definitely handled like that like a pro
I enjoy watching your flight video, nice flight, thumbs Up
Me encanta, bravo por la piloto que parece ser muy experimentada
I would have liked to see the interior of the plane, but that’s exactly what I saw very very little of. Nice video anyway. Thanks
Great job Captain
I did the merced to Oakland and back trip 3 years ago..$38.
love the vids man!
Thank you, Parker! You're too kind.
Really awesome video mate! Liked!
Thank you so much for watching, Jelmer! This was a fun experience to be a part of.
HECK NO!🤬
Hey Ryan, I love your content. I recently saw you featured on one of Brian's videos, the name sounded familiar. I came here only to realize that I've already seen tons of your videos! I just got hired by JetSuiteX based out of BUR, so I'll be moving to SoCal soon. Maybe I'll see you around one day! Keep up the great work man. Also, the paint job on this PC-12 is prime...
Daniel, you are awesome! Is it alright if I friend you on FB? As you may be able to tell from my channel, I love JSX :) You'll be working for a great company.
Of course! And yeah, I've been sitting here watching your JSX videos just for the experience. The anticipation is killing me... I can't WAIT to start training.
It's the closest experience that passengers today can have to a Pan Am style flight in the distant past. The F/A's treat customers right, free alcohol & great snacks on-board, VIP lounge, no TSA, no cattle call...I can go on for days :)
I bet it's one of those undiscovered gems in aviation. Seems like not very many people in the general public are aware of these flights. It's so affordable too!
THANK YOU RyanBomar I LIKE YOU AND I WANT THIS COLOUR OF PC-12
Thats a sweet ride!!!
like the Airbus it's flown with a sidestick. I find that really cool
Donald Palmer the Pc-12 has a yoke
Отличный мопед в отпуск гонять✌😁
awesome video. im happy you shared this with us. how long were the flight segments?
She’s flown that A/C a time or two...
I fly a pilatus to
If I ever get the chance to own a PC12 best believe its coming with a G1000 haha, sure the 530 is good and all but it would be nice with a 750 or 1000
With your lottery winnings why not get a PC-12NG with its awesome all glass Honeywell avionics.
@@mikentx57 bro i know right ❤
Luxo
I want that job
Was this a single pilot operation?
It sure was! I certainly wasn't expecting that.
When I flew them a couple years ago (OAK-MCE, ironically same a/s) there were two pilots. I have noticed on Cape Air some are two, some are one. I truly liked the video and hope the sign that said "MERCED" on terminal isn't permanently removed. I see they painted plywood covering old gate door brown lol.
Normally it’s two pilots. I’ve actually never seen it being flown single pilot
@Propel 2015 I'm one of the CSA agents that works with Boutique Air at LAX:) all of our flights are IFR we never do VFR even our repo flights are operated under IFR flight plans. All of our Captains are single pilot trained to fly the PC12 in accordance with FAA regulations on single pilot operated Part 135 passenger service flights.
@@freezetime.photo101 how do you like working for Boutique Air? Thinking about applying for a CSA position at KPIT. What all do you do on a day-to-day basis?
Thank you,
Jayson
Good takeoff goog landing
I would say the lady pilot is really good. She has obviously flow the PC12 quite a few hours. I have never flown a small enough airline where they had a single-pilot cockpit. But in a plane like the PC12 I don't think I would have a problem it. I wonder if they let passengers sit in the co-pilots seat? She certainly did a long days work and seem to do it well. Most all of her landings sounded like squeakers.
Keith McFaul was her name Amanda ?
Was there any outlets to charge your devices
I always feel bad for our Merced airport I don’t know if I would trust a plane that small to fly me anywhere
For the record I would never fly a small commercial airline with single pilot operation. Theres a reason in the aviation industry we call it redundancy.
Are they hiring pilots.
howard grim yes go the webisite
