We live on our 1977 Custom Ingrid Atkins 38' Sailboat full-time in Hawaii. We are working to restore our sailboat, Windrose, and bring her back to her early sailing days!

I restored a 69 grand banks 36 ,scrape that old caulk from bottom seams and start over with new cotton and Life calk.cotton you buy from Jamestown distributors...get a cheep set of masonry chisels and grind the edge flat to pound cotton into seams
