I have a Barry in Bottle Green from ages ago. I love to wear it both ways- but my new favorite with Chloe shirt in the same color.

Interesting to know that Barry fits smaller than Gaspard. I just ordered Barry in the same size as Gaspard and I hope it isn’t too small. Gaspard has a lot of give. Does Barry give too? If so, I should be OK having Barry in the same size as Gaspard.
I am so happy they decided to rerelease Barry. My only complaint is that they don’t have it in as many colors as Gaspard. There are a lot of color choices in Gaspard. And they are all so cute. They have FOUR different kinds of pink 😂 I’d like to have Barry in those colors.

I own quite a few Gaspard cardigans and was uncertain about purchasing the Barry. I think that I might invest in a Barry as I find the v-neck flattering and the beige is a colour missing from my wardrobe.
Hi Cristina! Happy New Year to you as well! 🥳 The V-neck style is definitely a flattering silhouette. The beige will be a perfect staple!
I think it is way easier to layer necklines with a V-neck than with a crewneck. It’s important if you wear something under your cardigan.
Gaspard’s crewneck is kind of wide so when it is all buttoned up, there’s always part of the neck of the under layer showing and sometimes it doesn’t look nice. There are a lot of times I didn’t wear Gaspard because it didn’t look right with my under layer.
Also, Gaspard looks weird if it is not buttoned up at least partially, because the flaps of the neck are, well, flapping about and the cardigan loses its shape, whereas an unbuttoned V-neck like Barry looks nike when you wear it unbuttoned. Being able to wear them unbuttoned is the reason why I choose cardigans instead of pullovers. As soon as I’m indoors in a place with heating, jumpers feel suffocating but you can always unbutton a cardigan or take it off without having to pull it over your head.
Monika, what size are you in that gorgeous blue Angie cardigan that you are wearing in the video? Do you find it itchy?
Would you recommend going down a size of staying true to size for the Angie?
They re released the Barry?? I have a gaspard and love it but I always wanted the Barry lol. I think if i were to choose a colour maybe I’d go with beige or grey for the Barry. But I definitely want another Gaspard eventually

I have Gaspard in several colors but I do prefer Barry because of the V-neck and the buttons.
When I found out about Sézane they were only selling Gaspard so I could only get that one.
They are selling Barry again right now to celebrate the 10-year anniversary but the basic colors already sold out… They sell fast!
I think Sézane should carry both Barry and Gaspard all the time. Both are basic, timeless pieces and that way people can choose between a crewneck and a V-neck.
Hi. Can you wear this type of fabric in hot summer month or it’s just for spring type of weather?
Hi! It’s more so for spring type weather or an evening throw over cardigan.
