Schwarzbier is one of my favourite beer styles. Underrated!

The hair dye matches perfectly with this beer. I'm looking forward to the next video, hoping for a red ale!

Ha! If I dyed my hair you wouldn't see those streaks of silver on the side. All Natural!

This is quite interesting, your recipe isn’t that far from mine.
    Og 12.9 P
53% Pilsner, 40.6% Munich 2, 6.4% midnight wheat (cold steeped)
Mash at 67 for 30, and 70 for 30 (given inaccuracy might have just kept one temp)
    1.9g/L Hallertau (first wort), 1.25g/L tett @ 15 and 5.
    Using m76 Bavarian lager yeast @ 11
It was great beer, and thinking I could turn it into a Baltic Porter.
The midnight wheat was to avoid roast that I hate, but it also has a little too much in it - would half it next time.

I was planning on brewing this recipe with just a minor twist. Just wondered if the 37 day lageringtime you propose would (or should) be option 1 or 2 of the following:
1 - Keep it at least 37 days in the primary fermentationvessel after the diacetylrest and then bottle the beer. (I was not planning on using a secondary fermentationvessel); or
2 - Bottle the beer directly after diacetylrest and bottlelager for at least 37 days.
Could you add a temperatureschedule for the lageringpart of the recipe?
Thanks in advance! And I'm looking forward to brewing this beer next weekend.
