This is the therapy I need, not going in a stale office with someone with a notepad asking me how that makes me feel. I'm an agoraphobic and go days upon weeks sometimes not speaking or hearing another person's voice other than video. To have a kind face saying, shhh, you're safe, relax, just feels good. I wonder if you or any of the other asmr people have considered going to nursing homes and sharing this gift? I think it could help our elders, thank you! It makes me feel like I'm not forgotten
