    This looks so yummy! What can I substitute for banana leaves? Unfortunately I don't have access to banana leaves.

      Some people use parchment paper too.

      The banana leaves gives a distinct flavor to this bibingka during cooking that's why it's traditionally part of the recipe, but can be omitted if not available. Just add a bit of pandan extract in the bibingka batter.

    Hi po! Pwede ko na po bang isama kaagad yung additional na 2eggs dun sa batter? Kasi gusto ko po sana sa maliit na pans lang i-bake. Thank you po sa pagsagot. 😊

    Another great recipe mommy Choco, mas masarap at mabango siguro Kung Pandan water in place of plain water, Ano po ang palagay nyo? Will definetly make this! 👏👍

      Yung banana leaves kasi will give bibingka a distinct aroma and flavour already, pwede ka sigurong maglagay pero konti lang na pandan water.
