So glad you told us the name of the ink - kelp tea. I'm excited about your calligraphy and lettering goal. I started a special lettering journal in 2023 and enjoy working in it. At first the study was overwhelming because there is so much to learn. My breakthrough happened when I stopped copying alphabets, and started lettering words and phrases. It's fun to look through this lettering sketchbook to see what topic caught my attention each day. Thank you for making 2023 more fun for all of us, Kriksis.

Hi Kriksis, I'm sorry to have to welcome you to the IBS club 😟 I have it myself and I know how limiting life is when you have a flare up!! The memory and plan for the year is a lovely idea, I might give this a try myself. I have to change a lot in my life so this might help!!!
