New terminal is light years ahead of those old, worn out terminals. I understand at the time, they were modern. But I never looked forward to flying to MCI because of the terminals. Now, I look forward to coming there.
Being a KC area resident, I appreciate the overview of the airport in a good light. I was not all thrilled that our old terminals were going away as they were easy in and out if you knew your way. However, the new terminal proved quite good. It is currently the largest all glass terminal in North America.
every southwest flight i've been on they are more than happy to bring you more of the snacks and give you the whole can if you ask nice enough. Just dont spill it
very nice flew souith west a few times never got a whole can only once but other than that love flying south west just wisht they had entertainment on their seat b acks keep ;flying
Your quote states the 737-800 has been involved etc. It is the 737 MAX 8, the 737-800 is not the same as a Max aircraft. I enjoyed your video. thank you
I don't know why they don't do that. People can choose it online like other airlines. It's not like they have to hire a bunch of customer service reps to do the seat assignments. Just have some IT guys write the program. They would be ahead of everyone with no checked bag fee, no change fee, seat choice, and 32-inch pitch in economy and none of the economy plus overkill. Most people only need 32 inch pitch.
I live in Indiana, and my second time being on a plane since 2009, was horrible than the last one, because there was a lot of turbulence on that 737 max 8, and I didn’t like it.
I flew in from LaGuardia on ATA in summer of 04. I had never flown into dark gray clouds before that, and the turbulence will forever be burned into my memory. Hadn’t experienced anything quite severe since 😱
In 75 snd mobile. I paid for Early boarding sbd got A1. 15 wheelchairs (and friends) later I boarded number 30. When we got to Houston, all but 3 people got off without needing a wheelchair. Southwest us an awful airline.

The new terminal is miles better than the old ones, they had no business being as uncomfortable as possible
Excellent video clip of SW 737 take off out of Kansas City, great views
Been following you for awhile, great to see you pass through my neck of the woods. Hope you enjoyed our new terminal!
Such a impresive take off, almost no sound of those engines. Great plane, great video. All the best from Holland

Great video! I do believe you meant that the Max 8 was involved in the Lion Air and Ethiopian incidents, not the 800.

USB ports have been installed to some of the WN MAX 8 aircrafts.
Bellissimo video 🎉

Power ports are now being Installed this year and going forward.
I recently flew on a newer Max 8 and it had usb charging ports in the back of every seat.
Great and informative video. Just curious how tall you are in order to get a good point of reference for your seat pitch discussion in the video.
In-seat power has been implemented on several MAXes and will be retrofitted to all MAXes. ~250 by the end of 2023.
Great video. However, my one thing is you said that Indianapolis was the 6th largest city. I think you meant 16th?
Yes I meant 16th it was a typo
FL31 would be 3100 ft. FL310 is 31000 ft.
Thanks for the video. Do they still have curbside baggage check? or is it all self service inside?
I believe they do at select airports
Would be great to tell us your height so we can judge if leg room is good or bad
5ft 8in
Southwest would stop all the seating games if they stopped selling general admission tickets and enabled one to reserve the seat of their choice.

Can’t really blame the plane for the turbulence
I wouldn't fly on one of those those for a million dollars
Here's a tip if you want to use your devices how about you make sure they are charged before boarding the plane.

Watch BOEING'S FATAL FLAW. It's a PBS documentary. Then decide how comfortable you are flying on that plane. No Way.
They fixed everything wrong with it, so very comfortable
Spirit is better
