@Over Yonder wow, way to simp for someone who's being blatantly disrespectful in court. If anything, he should've found her in contempt much earlier but held back. When you're before the court, you say yes/no your honour and answer any questions quickly, respectfully and most importantly honestly. Don't pussyfoot around the question and say "Rick Ross" when he wants a numerical estimate. Court is not the time to laugh or giggle. And he asked her if she was intoxicated because she was behaving unusually - turns out she was on drugs during this hearing. Her next appearance when she's sober is in stark contrast to this one, and the judge shows leniency and strikes some of the charges. And since the courtroom is his domain, you do what he says since your future is in his hands. I've seen people rack up so many charges on a courtroom and end up serving 15 years for what should've been 6 months because they couldn't keep their mouth shut.

You guys saw how ditzy she tried to act. She was trying to make herself look pitiful and cute to get a lighter sentence. When the judge called her back she was sooo happy because she thought it worked and that she'll get a lesser sentence.
The judge was assessing her level of wealth thats why he asked her about the jewelry. She didn't wanna say cause she knew she'd get slapped with a higher fine if she admitted she's rich.
The judge realised $5k wasn't enough seeing how nonchalant she was when she said "Adios". She seemed cool. The punishment wasn't serious enough to her that's why he raised it so that she'll take the entire sentence seriously.

The first thought is usually to blame the parents because they’re the ones who brought the child to the world and should teach them about socially accepted behavior. If the child chooses not to follow the teachings, then yes, it would be on them and not the parents (that is if there’s “proof” that the parents attempted to steer the child on the right path to begin with anyway).

I’ve been to a court and spoke with a Judge. I was so nervous that I said “Yes Doctor” instead of Yes your honor. Everyone laugh but thank God the Judge did not get offended. I apologized immediately. The girl on the video, I think she might be over too confident using her freedom of speech.

I'm surprised to see so many people in favor of this dumb girl. If you insult a judge, by swearing at him and flipping him off, that is contempt of court. You have disrespected a member of the court and you will pay the consequences.

    • @Bribi15000

That's always like that. In France a woman killed her hurband with a shotgun because he hit her (hands; she didn't killed him WHILE he was hitting her, but when he was sleeping). Got sentenced to jail, EVERYBODY said it was scandalous. She got released (a pardon) at the end of the year after just a few months and now runs free. A young girl killed 2 kids (lurred them, killed them, showed no remorse not respect to anybody), got sentenced. Got out 6 years later. Everybody says it's normal, that she deserves a life.
Putting her in jail is how justice should be.
