@Robeytech From what I see, your side fans are pulling air out of the box, doesn't that create a very large negative pressure? Seven fans taking out air and only three putting in... In addition to the fact that the air that enters through the front is automatically captured by those on the side.
got it in the mail today and i have to say i think it looks even more sexy in my appartment and yes i deadlifted it and i did 20 reps x 3 and had to have a shower before i started building in it. The only thing i have not figured out yet about it is how to best install the pull vents on my icue150i AIO
Why put exhaust fans right next to the front intake fans? Wouldn’t it make more sense to have all intakes in the front? Even the marketing pictures show the side fans the other way
Just ordered one. The case I'm currently using is a 15 year old Cooler Master. I get life out of my cases. None of the usb's work and all the fans died years ago. I lost the swinging door that had the huge fan as well. All the feet are broken off and I have it on some wooden slats. Ah yes, time for a new case 🤠
Definitely the case for my future build. I love the case rgb, not over the top, and the build looks simple for novices and capable for advanced builders. Glad to have found this case
Same here. I have all Corsair keyboard, mouse, RAM, AIO with the LCD screen, power supply, fans and so on. The performance has been great and so has the looks. I'm not happy about the cost, but it's an investment into one of my favorite hobbies.
Good to see the Dark version of this case (everyone seems to do just the White one). My case shows up this Thursday. Good review and overview of the case. Thanks.
I remember seeing this case when you were in the livestream with Corsair and Trish, when it was first unveiled about two months ago. And that is when I became a follower/subscriber of your channel. I am so glad you finally reviewed this monstrous and wonderful case Robey. This is easily the most in depth and informative case review I've seen in quite some time. Once again you prove to be among the best tech channels. Thank you Robey!
the one video that single handedly keeps my attention.. and also my question was about the gpu fitting and the first one you mentioned was it. good to know!
I didn’t know Corsair even had a new case. I’m a sucker for Rgb. Really enjoyed the way you went into detail with all the pros and cons, not many videos do that. But I wouldn’t buy the case because not able to afford but if I did I would. Thx for a great vid
The 5000T is by far the best looking case. Modest and very premium with the integrated RGB throughout . Cable management is sufficient. The only gripe I have is that it doesn't have a handle for transport. Corsair...how about designing a rolling base stand and mounting it to the bottom of the tower.
Thank you for this review and build. I've been trying to figure out what case would be best for my Threadripper 1950X, ASUS ROG Ryujin II 360 ARGB All-in-one Liquid CPU Cooler, ASUS Zenith Extreme, and my ASUS ROG Strix LC Radeon RX 6900 XT TOP OC 16GB GDDR6 Graphics Card. You and Jay's Two Cents convinced me of this case, instead of the ASUS HYPERION full tower. Thank you for such an informative video. I ordered this case
I am just wondering about the fan set up on this please. Itseems like the front 3 are intakes and the front 3x side ones are exhaust, the rear exhaust and the top 3 are intakes. would the front 6 not essentially cancel each other out being intake and exhaust ?
Great review Justin, this really helped me narrow down my next case, and unlike Gamers Nexus (which I also love), you review things in a way that people who aren't engineers can understand, it's appreciated.
Great build man, so clean. I'd love to see some innovative clean use of the led strips. Been looking them up but just look never look straight, even phanteks versions
Absolutely fantastic review, many thanks for all the great info you have given. I’m looking at building the same system but with a 3090Ti graphics card hope I get the same results. Love your videos top man 👍
Robey - do you think I could fit a 360mm up top with 6 fans and an Aorus Waterforce 3090ti in front? My 5000x does not look like it has enough clearance for the rad tubes up front.
Man, I'm stuck between this case and Thermaltake Core P6. By the time I throw LL120's in there and the commander, I'll be hovering around the same price. Being indecisive doesn't help the decision either. 🤦♂️
16:15: Did you mean to say you were using the CPU cooler as exhaust on top of the case? If you used it as intake, then there’d be too many intake fans and just one exhaust fan struggling to pull all the hot air out of the case; which might not be good for thermals. My only other wish for the videos is that the charts didn’t retract anymore before cutting back to the next shot.
I currently have a 9900k system in a Corsair 1000d case,I love the 1000d but it's just to big so I want to build my new rig in a smaller case that looks as good as the 1000d,this 5000t looks like it might be the one. I bought the 12900ks CPU the other day as the first part of the new build,I think I will go with the Asus maximus 690z apex for motherboard,64gb Corsair ddr5 5200. I have a Corsair ax 1600i currently in my 1000d but I'm not sure if it will fit in the 5000t
I loved the video. I would like to see a video tutoring on airflow in case. All the different ways we can and which will be the best choice. You get it, right? Thanks!
I would be willing to spend more if it gave enough space for 3 360mm radiators with push/Pull available on top and in the front. This would make this a great watercooling case and would improve upon the 5000D. Unfortunately, crappy Corsair fans with fancy lights are not for me. Lian Li makes superior RGB fans imo.
Honestly the 5000X case that my rig is in is just perfect. This is a beautiful case but not worth the extra cost for me plus I added RGB LEDs to my case.

Thank you for pointing out the panels are available for piece by piece purchase on the product page. This makes it much more fun to customize.
Definitely the case for my future build. I love the case rgb, not over the top, and the build looks simple for novices and capable for advanced builders. Glad to have found this case

It's quite over the top if you ask me, but if you know how to set up your RGB right, I can see where you're coming from.
Good to see the Dark version of this case (everyone seems to do just the White one). My case shows up this Thursday. Good review and overview of the case. Thanks.

I love this case and have been saying so for a while now. Corsair dominates!
Do you have the link for that RGB color profile?
the one video that single handedly keeps my attention.. and also my question was about the gpu fitting and the first one you mentioned was it. good to know!
What is the point of that fan setup? Im confused arent the side panel fans undoing what the front panel fans are trying to do?
Dang does anynone have that icue rgp profile looks so clean!
I'll scrolling through the comments trying to finding myself lol.
This is a complete examination of the case... Very nicely done

How many Commander Cores did you use? Did you have to buy an extra for the 10 fans?
Do you recommend A.I. Cooling? If not could you please inform me what RPM your push pull AIO fans are running? Thank you

This is Michael. Great review. It's an awesome case and worth the cash. Nice build too. Where did you get the red cables?
I am just wondering about the fan set up on this please. Itseems like the front 3 are intakes and the front 3x side ones are exhaust, the rear exhaust and the top 3 are intakes. would the front 6 not essentially cancel each other out being intake and exhaust ?
love that the psu shroud has airflow on the top for fans
Psu corsair Hx1000 is good with this setting? Or must to use corsair Hx1000i for it ?

Does an Artic liquid freezer ii fit without any obstruction as a top mount? 5000D struggles with that
Ooohhh those little triangle thingies look cute to me for some reason. Lovin it ❤
Where do you plug all the fans into? I’ve got 7 fans and only 6 sockets on the control module. I’m a little lost 😅
Absolutely fantastic review, many thanks for all the great info you have given. I’m looking at building the same system but with a 3090Ti graphics card hope I get the same results.
Love your videos top man 👍
This is actually a really good channel, how is it you only have 2600 subscribers.
This channel is as good as any of the bigger channels.
how did you do that rgb setup????
Love the build, but why are your top fans set up as intake? lol
the puppy part bought me

I really dont get it ! Front fans intake and side fans outtake ! Air in and straight away out 🤔🤔🤔🤔
Robey - do you think I could fit a 360mm up top with 6 fans and an Aorus Waterforce 3090ti in front? My 5000x does not look like it has enough clearance for the rad tubes up front.
Also need more puppies
Do you mean push pull up top on a 360 yes, also yes on doing a front or side mounted config for the waterforce
@@robeytech Sweet! I'm going to give it a shot. I have the 5000x now. I figured with the T being a little taller I can make it happen.
Thank you!
Order to do push and pull configuration can I use all Corsair fans? 6 ml 120’on top)

Hello scammer, how ya doing man?
360 mm (radiator size)icue h150i will fit?thanks
Just bought the case for the additional FPS that RGB provides. You forgot to add a link for the leash used for the gpu
does the aio cooler have to be corsair? can't i use asus rog ryuujin II?
I love this case but Im an aircool person... without using a big ol radiator i wonder how empty it would look?

Great looking case.
Hi, tell me how to put such a case illumination, can you share a profile?
Honestly the 5000X case that my rig is in is just perfect. This is a beautiful case but not worth the extra cost for me plus I added RGB LEDs to my case.
*Angry face and seethes alone in a dark room* "Fucking PUPPY lover!!"
Hello robey good build
Craig Feldspar has some great humour.
This case looks awesome. RGB heaven
The "Grubber Gromets." LoL
💯 need more puppies!
This is the exact build i am going for. minus the psu. I'll use an Asus motherboard and psu.
A build in the 7000D Airflow would be better.
I think the best case they ever did was the Corsair 780T
We love puppies!
i literally dream of that case , omg but it will never happen since i am from egypt and USD is 30.8 of my currency
Basically all the air from his 3 front fans are gonna be getting sucked out by his 3 side fans lmao
Sorry man, I got a cat.
Put your email address on your YT profile and open yourself up to all the crazies ? No way.
$399 US . . .
PUPPIES AND POWERLIFTING
I wanna send yo my parts can you build my Pc lol
Quality comment
Your insufferable RGB jokes fall pretty flat when you sport 27 Nano Leaf panels on your wall.
I'm the first to say first!
Jesus christ dude, just get on with the review and stop making jokes.
You got sub my friend I love your PC stuff lately AKA freakyyyy on twitch.
Way too long winded.
