The problem is that it IS A HARDWARE ISSUE. Lekker switches aren't precise/accurate enough to handle no deadzone and 0.01mm actuation points. If you try to force them to it will result in pressed keys outputting unstable input. Frankly it's ridiculous that a $200 keyboard doesn't come with gatereon jade maxes or ttc KOM(actual high end switches that can achieve 0.01mm precision and accuracy).
This wouldn't be an issue if you use something with a shorter travel like Raw HE switches or Jade series switches which are 3.4 and 3.5mm in physical travel. Also I saw some of the people in the wooting server say their HE sensors are actually extremely high resolution, more so than the software can take advantage of. When it comes to lekker switches and full 4.0mm travel yes the deadzones may be an issue, but when limited to a shorter physical distance like 3.4 or 3.5mm by a different switch, this should not be an issue. the hardware seems to be advanced enough on all the HE models to be a non issue for ever increasing the resolution, it's mostly a concern for people who don't have the patience to troubleshoot these things. Feel free to ask yourself if you don't believe me.
I don't think the deadzone matters since the 80he has had some of the lowest latency scores out there (rtings and other youtubers) even with those dead zones.
