How I Slimmed my Waist // Standing Abs & Cardio Workout (No Repeats or Equipment )

- Today I'm sharing the workout routine I did at home to strengthen my core and lose 5 inches off my waist.
🫧 TIP: To get the most out of the workout really work on controlling your core. Going faster is not better. Rather, you want to keep your core muscles under tension to strengthen and challenge it! Use a regular breathing pattern to boost circulation. You'll feel your body warm up!
✨ NOTE: my waist got smaller because I paired this routine with a caloric deficit. The workout helps train the deep core which helps the core look tighter and stronger. As I lost weight I was able to see more definition and shape.

day 1: definitely had to pause multiple times and take a breather and water. sweat a lot, not sure if i’m doing this correctly.😭 stomach hurts a little bit and feels a bit tight
