For someone who don’t like green this so beautiful and elegant. 😊👍It’s amazing how you can bring colours together and make me fall in love with them 💕💕💕
Once again I have had to pause your video, to immediately try to purchase one of the products that you use. I can’t help it, you do such gorgeous work., that I had to get some abalone (pronounced, ab-uh-lone- ee, just for the sake of correctness, not criticising) so I went to Aliexpress and purchased an abalone sheet, then came back to watch to the end. The same thing happened with Daniele Baresi’s products! I just must have them, immediately! I look forward to each new video that you do. I had to watch the short Christmas ornaments compilation several times, while frantically hitting the pause button to get a good look at the pieces, even though I had seen a video of you making them! Anyway, keep on keeping on! Regards from NSW Australia. 🇦🇺👏👍✌️
🤩🥰thank you Susan! So glad you're feeling inspired by my videos and the products I use. DB Resin Products is an amazing source for you since you're in Australia as well! You will love pretty much everything he carries😊 Your comment about the short was hilarious because I was thinking that I made a full tutorial for the ornaments😅😅😅 Enjoy! Can't wait to see what you create💕
I want to try everything you do. You make it look so much easier than it would be... loving the new videos because I can't get enough of your stuff. Have a blessed day beautiful. Watching from Queensland Australia
Nadia absolutely unique and elegant. Love the colors and the abalone sheet. Love the way you explain the process and give us tips and tricks. Gorgeous 💕💖💓
Just found your channel and your artwork. I know I won’t make anything I just love watching you do your art. I’m a subscriber now. Looking forward too seeing more of what you do😊😊
I just discovered you and love your work! Your videos are great and I love all of the detail and explanations. I am inspired to add some geodes and fun designs to my countertops
Oh my god this is so beautiful. You are absolutely right about the pricing. Until I got great as you I think my pricing has to stay low. Love all your work. 🥰
Gorgeous, as always! When I first saw the line from the latex, I was like oh nooooooo. But of course, you have a fix, lol. Beautiful work, Nadia. And I really like these longer videos. xoxoxoox
Love your videos, you are so talented. Are these pieces functional as cutting boards or as a decoration. I would think they would get destroyed. Also how does the acrylic hold up and how is the board prepped for the acrylic to prevent lifting. I would like to try this
💕thank you! This is more of a cheese/ serving board than a chopping board. I wouldn't recommend cutting on the board just to lengthen the life of the piece in general. The material is actual resin, so it is very long lasting as long a it's taken care of... gentle handwashing and wipe dry to clean.
New subscriber here wow I've watched all your videos today you are truly amazing I love all your work you have a amazing eye for colour combinations and I m so pleased that you use such deep luxurious colours you are inspirational and there's alot of other resin artists that need to be watching you as they are no where near in your league of brilliance in every way and aspect of colour design, professionalism, artistic ability You are amazing 👏 thanks for sharing your outstanding talent
It could be that mod podge is a bit better quality than just glue...I suspect that to be true... but I haven't tested it for sure to know. The products that yellowed for me weren't mod podge... they were other brands. I don't think it has anything to do with the UV of the resin because 8f it was the resin, the whole design would've yellowed... so I'm sure it was the specific glue product. I've heard many people use mod podge with resin, so it must work well 😊
@@LiaDiaDesigns right, I’m sorry if I didn’t phrase it clearly. When you put down the green/glitter layer, did you also tilt it a bit so it wouldn’t self-level across the board?
New subscriber here. Quick question. Might be a duh moment for me but is the acrylic paint “dam” just acrylic paint or is it mixed with a medium to keep it from flattening? I’m loving everything especially your love for bling! Subscribed to your IG as well. Thanks so much!
I just cut my abalone into dolphins and turtles, it was not easy and had to glue some pieces back together with the varnish 😅 What would you recommend I put around the edges of them? Was thinking maybe glitter? Making a “beach life” sign 😊
Hehe... yes, a few people have helped with that😅🥰 I'll have to practice... I've never heard anyone say it... as we don't have it here in Canada... but I'll learn!
For someone who don’t like green this so beautiful and elegant. 😊👍It’s amazing how you can bring colours together and make me fall in love with them 💕💕💕

I'm so glad you like it! This style can be mimicked with chunky holographic glitters ... if you want to try that😊💕

💕thank you Stephanie! Yes, when I first saw it happen on the back I was like... hmm... that's new lol... but luckily the oil fixed it up perfectly😊
As always u r the best ❤️
Another absolutely beautiful piece Nadia! I received my coasters from you and they are even more beautiful in person!!!
🤩🥰😁thank you so much Stacy💕 I'm so happy that you love your coasters!
just loved this. very informative. Have you ever experienced the latex fading out the color on coasters? or fade the wood ?
Coasters, not at all... the wood seemed like it was just a dryness issue, which was fixed in this video as well
So Stunning. I love watching you create. I just bought a small board to try. Nadia I appreciate you and I love the video technique. hugs Sheryl 💙🎨💙
🥰🤩thanks great Sheryl! Can't wait to see what you create!💕
@@LiaDiaDesigns I will post a pic on Instagram and tag you. I am pretty sick right now so it may be a while. Thanks. 💙🎨💙
QUESTION... could u use uv resin as a border? Like maybe put a couple lines to make a nice wall

@@stacy_thecraftycat6611 thanks my dear friend you sure did,

@@ps3845 I totally agree! I dream about being as talented as Nadia when I grow up! 😂😂😂😂😂. I’m 52 but a toddler in resin years.
I use Mod Podge to seal fabric under resin on cups, and have never had yellowing...maybe because my resin has good UV resistance?
It could be that mod podge is a bit better quality than just glue...I suspect that to be true... but I haven't tested it for sure to know. I’m curious how you kept that organic line with the base resin as you say it does self level? Did you “tilt” it as well?
I'm not sure i understand the question exactly, but I did show in the video that I adjusted the level of the board for the topcoat
@@LiaDiaDesigns right, I’m sorry if I didn’t phrase it clearly. When you put down the green/glitter layer, did you also tilt it a bit so it wouldn’t self-level across the board?
Love it 🥰 did you do anything to treat board before working on it, 😊
💖thank you. No, I didn't, the cheeseboard was a finished piece that i added the resin to
@@LiaDiaDesigns thank you
What if I have a board that’s unfinished. What would I need to do to it to try this?
Stunning. What do you charge for this?
New subscriber here. Quick question. Might be a duh moment for me but is the acrylic paint “dam” just acrylic paint or is it mixed with a medium to keep it from flattening? I’m loving everything especially your love for bling! Subscribed to your IG as well. Thanks so much!
It's a 3 dimensional acrylic paint, so it holds it's shape🥰
I just cut my abalone into dolphins and turtles, it was not easy and had to glue some pieces back together with the varnish 😅 What would you recommend I put around the edges of them? Was thinking maybe glitter? Making a “beach life” sign 😊
Gorgeous, Nadia. Btw. Abalone is pronounced abalony. Just thought you’d want to know. 😀
Just a little comment about the pronunciation of abalone - a·buh·low·nee .
Hehe... yes, a few people have helped with that😅🥰 I'll have to practice... I've never heard anyone say it... as we don't have it here in Canada... but I'll learn!
So that explains why the shell pieces r $2 or $3 for a tiny container n the nail art section lol
So beautiful!
