Central govt did not allocate fund in the budget for amaravathi development. Only they act as a facilitator in arranging funds as a loan from multilateral agencies like world bank, ADB etc.
I read an article that said investors weren't bullish on the returns hence projected lukewarm response. Currently it may be well under a reassessment of some sort to get the marketing right. For all I know, some campuses are simply scattered without an indication or clarity if the area around them is going to proliferate or not. Feel free to add your two cents. Thanks.

I had a similar question. What bothers me further is the fact that many residential projects seem to be popping up suddenly, despite the reputation it holds. The GRID policy clearly directs Pharma and other core industries to shift base beyond the ORR, and now that Isnapur is well beyond the suggested boundary, I seriously doubt if these industries will move any further. It's honestly confusing at this point.

Sir how is it correct if a person gives 1500 sqy for development in my home tridasa apartments and inturn got 5 villas in my home ankura ? Each villa is of 270 sqy with 3000 sft built up area in my home ankura

I brought in chitkul for 30k per sqyd.
It is around 8km+ away from 8ndustries. Air quality is good in chitkul.
I would not suggest isnapur.
