Girl, that used to happen to me too, with slepping, you should not take your phone once you're in the bed cause you are gonna stay there, close you're eyes, and wait; the next day u can write all u need and watch everithyng u mentioned haha❤
We love the consistency 👏. Honestly the accommodation I live in at uni has a gym and it was one of the reasons why I picked it so I could lose weight. But I'm still out here doing home workout vids cos I keep thinking people are gonna laugh at me. But 2022 is my year so I'm gonna face it head on. Thanks for the encouragement!
Well done! Keep going! Your confidence will grow over time! I’m a plus sized woman who attends the gym everyday and I’ve trained in the gym since age 15. What helped me overcome any anxiety is realising that no one cares about how you look, and if you stay consistent, you may even gain admirers. Also, I pay my gym membership like everyone else so I’m deserving of the space also! Xx
Courtney, reading before bed is actually very stimulating for your brain. Have you tried a night routine one to two hours before sleeping; low lights, candles music with no words, stretching, meditation and maybe even some CBD.

I'm only at the start of the video but if you're still struggling to sleep I recommend ASMR and if you're averse to that then videos on UA-cam with rain sounds. ASMR helps me and the rain videos help my mom. Literally it usually takes me hours to fall asleep after turning the lights off and laying down. My mind is always all jumbled with unnecessary thoughts or even some dumb jingle instead of settling for bed but the ASMR soothes and relaxes me, literally overshadows and then quitens the thoughts and Im off to bed in like 1/4 of the time I'm usually trying to sleep.
I started my fitness journey in september 2020 and I really felt what you was saying about all of that. Keep doing you, keep being consistent. It’s all about feeling happy and being proud of yourself. Anddd I hope you know that you’re SO beautiful! 😍
Courtney you should try listening to audiobooks before bed, trust me it works. Sometimes, the mind is too active and needs to focus..try listening to audiobooks or book readings on UA-cam. The more word heavy, the better. Love your vlogs ❤️
