Thank you for the wonderful Christmas present…just what I was hoping for. Loved the urban holiday ornaments and the ice skating by the water. So much to see…the whale, colorful building and the university some of my favorites. Have a great holiday and I’ll catch up in the new year…..

Love your videos, the arrows that point the direction the runner and camera are turning are so awesome...keeps me from falling off the treadmill! Ran with this one today (2 days before Christmas) and it was great. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

Great Winter run from [S+S]! I don't know how you always seem to encounter bright blue skies but this run certainly makes me want to visit Montreal. :)
Using these runs to slowly get back to running after having contracted Covid recently. Even though I only had mild symptoms it was interesting (if that's the right word!) to see what Covid does to your system. I always wear my sports watch which provides me with lots of stats, including Pulse Ox which (roughly) measures the amount of oxygen in the blood. Trending lower could indicate trouble. Luckily it never got bad. One thing that did take a while to recover was my average heart rate which was around 6 beats higher per minute for a few weeks but has now pretty much recovered.
Keep the runs coming [S+S]! :)

Wow, I'm sorry to hear you got COVID, Evert. Sounds like you are getting over it but I hope you don't have any long-term effects. It is interesting to hear your feedback, though - pays to listen to your body.
As for the blue skies, it pays to be patient and wait for good weather! 😉

You are welcome, Liz! I hope you enjoy - though I didn't find as many Christmas decorations as I was hoping for 😕

Love your runs! Makes those cold days here in Norway a little warmer.
I run intervals to these videos with clocks.
How do you get the metrics and graphics in your videos?

Ciao, puoi tenere la telecamera un po' piu' bassa? E' meglio per correre con il tapisroulant.. grazie! Un abbraccio da Venezia.

Ciao Veruska! Grazie! I am sorry I don't speak Italian, but I understood. 🙂
I'll admit the camera angle on this one wasn't perfect; I try to capture a bit more of the ground. As for camera placement, I record all of these head-mounted, which gives the first-person perspective I am looking for. I've seen a few others on UA-cam that hold the camera lower, but personally I never liked that perspective.

thanks for the reply, you are very kind. These virtual videos are used by people to run in the tapisroulant at home, so if I can give you a good advice, it is better to have a low view rather than a high one. Another mistake is to move the head left and right, this thing risks losing the balance because we are like in a movie. Last thing, you are the best in this job.

@@veruskazambon3999 interesting to hear your thoughts on the viewing angle. I use these running on the treadmill as well, and I find I prefer the ones that are done at eye level (like mine). As for the head movements, I am conscious of this and any movement I do is intentional (or edited out if too quick). If there is something interesting to see, I want to show you - I'm worried you will think the videos are boring or you missed out if I don't! 😄
Anyways, it's great to get feedback like this and I appreciate hearing everyone's thoughts - I am looking to continuously make these better!
