- Unboxing Cafe Hopping Momoko Japanese doll plus how to make a DIY stool for Barbie and 1/6 scale dolls with free template - thweatted.wixs...
Inspired by this Momoko's promo pictures I decided to make a stool, then a stool template, however I hadn't finalized the template as I was recording, so the printable has some minor changes, but the assembly process is still the same. I try to make templates for things that can be useful in multiple settings. You can put a stool anywhere. You can put a plant on it. You can put a doll on it.
Beautiful stool!!! You are very talented!!!🐦🥰
@@judygouchie9701 Thank you so much! 🙂
Are certainly a wonder ! Good bless your talent. Many success to you.
Thanks so much 🙂 You're too kind
@@e.d.t. hi there why is the boy doll i ike him thanks
@@heatherwheeler828 He's an Eight doll by Petworks
❤ love her! She's adorable! Thank you so much for this stool diy it seriously couldn't have come at a better time for me as I will be needing to make stools soon! I will definitely be giving you a shout-out in my video when I post it!
Oh cool! Thanks. I'm glad you found it useful! 🙂
love it thank you
Thanks, I'm glad you like it
The stool looks great! I'm always so impressed by how well you can paint on the wood grain texture--in theory, I know how to do it, but yours seems to turn out way better than mine ever has! I love all of your videos, and look forward to when I see a new one pop up in my feed. ♥
Thank you. Painting the wood grain can be tricky. I'm still trying to get better at it, but I like adding because it makes flat surfaces look a little less flat. Just keep practicing and you'll be fine.
Looks great! I love the pictures you took of the Momoko doll, they are beautiful! 🥰
@@doll_cure Thank you. I had fun with the pictures.
Love it! Thank you for the template ❤
@@jeeteippii Thank you! I hope you find it helpful.
Shes cute! Already, seen her though! ❤😂
Yeah, she's been released for awhile but she's new to my collection and I felt like sharing.
No, I meant went I see her on your channel! ❤lol. 😂
@@renaerickson4190 Oh, right. I ended up reselling that one a few years ago, but I liked this one enough to buy another. Especially because I've since gotten a Ruruko, 8, and 9 doll over the years, and I wanted a Momoko again to go with them.
@e.d.t. oic I have to many! Dolls! I have no room to display, them! So, alot are stored away! In boxes!🥲
@@renaerickson4190 I can relate.
She's super cute! The face mold is so pretty, and I absolutely love the dress. I wouldn't necessarily have paired it with that style of jacket, though - its bulk and dark coloring kind of overwhelm the softer look of the dress. Still, there's no denying that the jacket's level of detail is impressive. (Faux leather, fleece lining, AND real pockets? Nice.)
I'm also curious: who's in the background at 2:08? Articulated male dolls can be hard to find.
I agree about the jacket. It's a weird combination, but it's also a great separate that could be used on other dolls. The guy in back is another Petworks doll called Eight, a brown skinned variant of the gangster doll. They also make a slightly taller and older looking male called Nine.
@@e.d.t. Thanks for answering my question about the male doll. I'm going to look into him. And thanks for your video!
Put the sheet of paper in a thick plastic cover sleeve so that you can use over and over without destroying paper.
If you want to keep the template in tact you'd also have to measure the circle and square yourself instead of tracing them. It was designed to be cut up, even moreso if the legs are made with chipboard instead of wooden sticks. The paper scraps can be recycled.
Hi, can you please tell me where you bought her and how much did she coast. You stools came out real nice.
Thanks. I got her on Amazon Japan for around $80. These dolls are also sold on Japanese online shops like Ami Ami and Hobby Search, as well as some in the US like Fabric Friends. Pricey but sometimes the they go on sale.
Peasant dress, they call that! Laura, Ingalls time! Period! Or era.
I like that it's so old-fashioned.
@e.d.t. yep it's cute! Lol.
