I'm so glad I found your video💫. This is exactly the message I am also spreading. It's never too late for anything. I am in Kenya. I changed careers at 42 and doing a master's degree now at 46. Friends, please don't listen to those who have already given up on themselves. We have been growing older right from the time we were born. It's just that the 40's was seen as close to retirement and so the phrase 'midlife crisis' was coined by a psychologist (in 1965). That is a myth. Keep your fire burning!🔥🔥🔥

Yes you are so very correct. I love your video.
Everyone please don't be discourage when people may say negative things, they are echoing there own fears and lack of confidence.
But always be strong and live the life you always dreamed of!! Slowly get used to ignoring lack of confidence of others and things they may say.
I am 64 this year, I feel so fabulous!
People are very shocked when I reveal my age to them, and don't believe me....some think I am early 40's..and last year a lady I know thought I was the same age as her 36 years old!!!!
Mentally and emotionally I feel so, so much whole and rounded than when I was much younger or even when I was teenager. So much more confident, I feel infinitely more wise, educated and knowledgeable - courageous, able to navigate life so much more than when I was younger, With so much more emotional intelligence and an abundance of life skills at this age I am now - than when younger.
I just love pampering and looking after myself its a joy! Sauna and steam swim and gym every week about 2-3 times, also very important - steam cleans the face or exfoliation gently; then - MOST IMPORTANTLY massage the face with good Natural oil 2-3 times a week for 15-20 mins, this will definitely stop lines and wrinkles (but everyones skin is different), it firms and tightens facial muscle keeping that youthful appearance.
I love swimming, long distance walking too, Cycle every week, yoga and Interval training cardio workouts and gym about 2-3 times every week but have your breaks all the time. But its so very important to do the exercises you enjoy then you will stick to it. Even 15 min walk around the park or to the shops before breakfast or after breakfast or the early evening time just to take a stroll. Or a green walk.
Love relaxing in the bath with a meditation tape, in the morning a positive uplifting, or Gratitude meditation, and before bed a gratitude or relaxing meditation all helps relax you in life to help you feel positive energised and good. If you constantly feel good this adds to your Youth and happiness and the joy you have shines through your whole body and skin. Creating a positive resonance/vibration.
Recently did 10 mile hike and last week just 7-8 mile hike.
I love fruit, and most vegetables this is my favourite food - and enjoy eating healthy most of the time - being a vegan/vegetarian most of my life.
I Love and drink alot of fruit juice and mineral or spring water.
What I find most humorous, at my age is...I constantly get chased romantically, asked for dates even from young handsome guys as well! I always laugh I am not interested as I already have a partner; I just laugh and think if only they knew my age...it just makes me smile - some I do tell my age they are very surprised but still interested!
For context...whilst in London out walking; I get stopped nearly every other week and asked to have my photo taken, told I dress extremely elegantly and conservatively, I also love hats and generally being very stylish. This is second nature to me; and I feel very comfortable expressing who I truly am. Good Qaulity men seem to be very attracted by this type of dress style!
But everyone should be themselves and dress how they really feel comfortable. LADIES, LADIES (and men of course); this is 2024 all the old rubbish about reaching 30 or 40 or 50 and that its such a big deal, (that you are older and not attractive any more, this is such rubbish) only if you think it - it is so. So always think Positive - LADIES!! LADIES!! please create your own truth, your own life.....if you want to live life to the brim at 40;50;60;70 or more DO IT!!! Make a plan, there are Ladies who have done the Marathon at 82 years old....LADIES everything IS POSSIBLE especially in this day and age - as we have an abundance of all things at our finger tips. UA-cam teaches us how to....on everything you can think of.
If you want to pamper yourselves more at 50; 60 70 or more DO IT.
If you want to start a new hobby interest or even a NEW CAREER at 40;50;60;70 - PLEASE Do IT you will be so glad you did.
Listen to NO ONE if they dont encourage you in your passion, and to be the best version of yourself but ofcourse be sensible if you have not exercised for a long time, or you want to start something new - visit your Doctor explain what you wish to do, see what they say...but take it slowly at first.
I still live all adventures of my Dreams with friends or even by myself...or sometimes with my partner.
I do all the thing's I love in life and I laugh a lot and embrace life, why .....cos Life is what we make it.........good luck and Happy Life!!

    You're natutarally beautiful .
    Thank you for this video.
    I'm in my late 30s.
I started all over again in my mid 30s.
    Went back to Medical School.
It's okay to start all over, because time doesn't wait for anyone, the years will still keep moving and the clock will still keep ticking wether we do something or not.
So, it is better to something now.
Now, is the time no matter your age.
Don't let your chronological age deter you from starting new things.
I'm also learning a new language.
I'm a little older than some of my lecturers. It's okay
Life doesn't wait for anyone, just keep moving.
And i don't believe i should start behaving in a certain way because I'm in my 30s because I'm older, noooo
I feel more energetic than felt in my 20s.
Plus, i look younger, probably because of my outlook on life, and a healthy lifestyle.
