The TTE810 is already maxed out with the stock housing. With just rods and a larger turbo, this EA839 could be making up to 1000 HP in the near future. Biggest issue right now is that the cooling system is maxed out with the 810 power levels if your tracking it
The AUX radiator will definitely help with engine cooling. In terms of charge air temps 034 hasn’t had an issue yet with stage 3 power levels with the Wagner unit
It’s due to the limitation of the fuel system. E85 uses about 30% more fuel. If the fuel system can handle the demand of the E85 than they can make more power with full E85, but since the fuel system can’t without fully upgrading it E60 make more power as you lower the ethanol content but keep enough to have the cooling benefits of ethanol. Lowering the ethanol content means more gasoline so it’s less on the fuel system.
I see youre still replying to comments on this! I own a 2018 S5 Coupe and plan on getting these parts soon. Will there be any more videos on it, and would you suggest it?
I would definitely suggest it. All of these parts have been engineered and designed by one of the best in the industry for a complete package. I have all of their parts for my RS3 and can’t recommend 034motorsports enough. Would recommend getting their suspension parts too to complement the power mods
The way I see it. You get a B9 S4/5 for 40-55k depending on used or new. And add 11k to it. And now you got a MUCH faster RS5 than factory for WAY less money. RS5 is gunna run 65k used or 80k new. Good stuff.
Yeah definitely. If you don’t care about the better looks of a RS5, a S4/S5 is the way to go for a power build. But the RS5 with a TTE720 is no joke either from 034. Both are great platforms
Yes puredrivetrain solutions does for the B9 ZF8HP55. (They are known for built transmission for the fastest A90 Supras, BMW, Hellcats, etc) pretty much any car with a ZF transmission
Yes they have port injection kits but upgrading your HPFP is much more cost efficient as it is easily accessible unlike the LPFP where you have to go into the fuel tank to replace and the Port injection where you need the injectors, a new fuel rail, fuel lines, fuel pressure regulator, and the intake manifold is difficult to access. Compared to the HPFP, this is a much more labor intensive and costly upgrade to do. There is no need for port injection at this power level. Once you get into the 1000+ HP built motor, then yes direct injection fuel supply will run out and you will need port injection to supplement the fuel supply
Hi, Im new to the car community and practically have zero knowledge on car modification. Even though I like to drive fast. Im planning to get 2011 Audi S5 as thats within my budget. My question is, what would be your recommendation if Im planning to lightly tune it such as removing speed limiter and maximize my cornering ability? I saw in 034 Motorsports website, and Im currently interested to do stage 1 tune and stage 3 handling packages. Will stage 3 be too much for my car to handle and stage 2 is sufficient? What do you reckon? Appreciate your reply and thoughtful input. Thank you
That would be the best entry level thing to do which is the stage 1 tune as it does not require any parts, just a simple tune on factory parts. Adding their handling package will dramatically change how the car feels. I have an RS3 with their stage 1 E85 tune and all of their suspension parts. Easy power increase with just a tune (especially on E85); there is no need to go with stage 2 that requires a downpipe which there is very minimal power increase. Defiantly do the stage 1 tune with their suspension parts (don’t go overboard like me getting all of their suspension parts as some parts you don’t really need but it’s cool to have as factory parts are sufficient) best of luck on modifying your car, best first thing is get that tune on (night and day difference on E85 if you have some in your area)
@@4enthusiasts I really appreciate your reply. My go to mods as below: 034 Motorsports 1) Stage 1 package 2) Stage 2 handling package Do I need to add the upgraded injector and spark plugs, hpfp, intercooler, bigger intake such as super duper air filter and throttle body? Its not that Im not a fan of E85, but Im not quite familiarize with ethanol and I believe the cost will be substantial with my current budget of mods. Thank you again for your response, really appreciate it.
Their stage 1 tune is intended to be used with all factory parts. So you do not need to add any parts to flash their stage 1 tune. They do recommend their intake and Intercooler. This allows you to maintain the full power out put of the stage 1 tune for much longer than if you had the stock Intercooler that would quickly heat soak

Depends on the turbo you are running. TTE710 turbo only requires the 4 bar map sensors for all fuels while the TTE810 and Pure750 requires the 4 bar map sensors and fuel injectors. More info for requirements are on their website: www.034motorsport.com/b9-b9-5-audi-s4-s5-sq5-q7-q8-3-0-ea839-performance-software.html
Can the transfer case and Drive shaft handle all that torque tho. I know the EA839 engine is bulletproof but can the stuff around it handle all that more abuse.
Yes it can. In the future for more power it is likely it will need upgrades but as of now it’s safe but does depend on your driving. 034 and others have been launching the car a ton and had no issues.
It’s the same fuel as here in the U.S., just different octane rating. 93 AKI here in the U.S. is about 98 RON and so forth. You can see conversions online
This is due to the limitation of the fuel system. E85 uses about 30% more fuel than regular gasoline so running the E85 tune you are at the fuel systems limit. When you run E60, you lower the ethanol percentage but still keep all the benefits of ethanol. This also increases the fuel systems capacity on E60 compared to running E85. By doing this you can make more power as it is no longer fuel limited
Yes, this is the max power they will offer on a stock engine. After that with larger turbos you will need to upgrade the rods and do springs/retainers to the engine to support more power
On an upgraded hybrid turbo both are amazing. For me the S4 is the better option. Cheaper, no internal upgrades needed, and very easy to work on as everything is on top of the engine. But the RS3 is only better just because of the sound. But it’s a pain to install parts, especially a downpipe where you have to remove the entire driveshaft.
You don’t need to remove the driveshaft to install down pipe. But it’s still a pain. You can run tens on full weight, stock downpipe RS3 on the street. RS3 lighter platform makes a difference. You can run a hybrid TTE700 on the RS3 and run low tens
There has been no issues so far from those who ran this setup with the stock motor. The issue is more the pvc system and this is an issue with stock cars
