Only in America can a man come here with a dream and an idea, work hard, and make it big and be so successful. America land of opportunity............ not in Europe. They would have discriminated against rorion because of his dark skin, thick accent and brazilian heritage. europe is very racist. in asia they would would have discriminated against him because he was not asian. I rest my case

Do you not know he speaks Portuguese? It would've been about as difficult for him as an American visiting the UK. America's the one where white cops are sending black people and kids to the grave, not Europe. The EU has 24 official languages, over 200 languages in total so plenty of people have thick accents, from 160 unique cultural identities, and people with his skin tone have lived and succeeded in Europe since ancient empires. You can't even use the dark skin BS for Asia since it's full of even darker people. And Japan, where modern MMA started and plenty of Brazilians studied Judo, has featured countless foreign competitors regardless of appearance. Stop and think before you make these posts.

Renner and is brother destroying the name for money.

Kenneth Curtis I mean a person knows their own body . No 2 are exactly the same nor the same lifestyle. And I'm not into brain washed movements. Now, for the most part I am a veggie eater. Not a fast food eater. But hey it's my thoughts

Charles Price What do you think about Renato Laranja’s Fruits & Vegetables Diet?

Considering how healthy the current oldest gracies look compared to other men of their generation, I'd be willing to "blindly" follow their diet.

      1 whole watermelon for breakfast.
      5 apples for lunch.
      2 watermelons for dinner.
Roast a nice hog on the side
