I can't figure out why my lower left looper, isn't looping, I'm missing something. Brand new machine purchased this week. Please help

I am having a problem with excessive looping on my stitch and I do not know why... too tired tonight but I plan to rethread the machine tomorrow .... Any other suggestions ... what should the tension disc be set at?
