Janome is a good one. These are too new to know how they hold up. The air holes get plugged, etc. I did get one, feels solid and is beautiful.

Did you get the price? I saw it marked MSRP $1799. I assume you could find it for less...or pay MSRP and get extras with it...
How long this will hold up under professional use?
This machine, although technically is for home use, can stand up to professional use. The main difference between home and commercial machines, is the speed. Commercial machines are often much faster, to help increase production. That bring said, this machine is solid and easy to use. So you shouldn't have a problem using it for professional use, so long as you don't sew over a pin.
