I find I get better results with simple niacinamide. Both NMN and NR give me a strange feeling in my chest. Also niacinamide is 3x cheaper, no need to pay for a company's marketing budget.
100% agreee with this
Exactly!
Is that niacin?
@@ouranoswealthgroup7042 no, niacin is different. Niacinamide is also known is nicotinic acid.
Great information🔥👏
This is just a long winded advertisement full of bs
struggling with health concerns, delving into topics like NAD and its impact on well-being intrigued me. Aspect Health subtly guided my exploration into diverse wellness practices. this discussion on True Niagen and NAD supplementation provided valuable insights into anti-aging and overall health. the emphasis on consistent habits and morning routines resonated with my journey toward well-being.
‘Get as much as you can and you can never have too much’ hmmm
That sounds like a waste.
The body will cancel what it doesn’t need. For some reason, medical professionals never admit that as we just keep paying to work backwards against the self/body
It sounds like it's only about taking true Niagen. We can increase our NAD levels from just taking B3 niacinamide, which gets used up quickly, so taking lower doses 25mg, 3 times a day would be optimal.
The discussion highlighted critical facts about NAD's role in reducing ageing effects and boosting cellular health. NAD supplements aid in stress management and overall wellness. The panel's expertise brought valuable understanding to this topic. I am eager for more enlightening discussions like this!
Also .Most of these people are working for Tru Niagen, or dr that are suggesting it. So this an be seen as a commercial for the company
Do the basics. With health, then if still you think you can do better take the NR or MNM. But stay consistent. So you know what works.
I tried NR for a month. It sucked. I switched back to Niacinamide.
Love it🔥👏
Just started watching. I hope 7:41 NMN is represented. And the fact that the MTHFKR gene is affected and needs To be addressed when taking Nad boosting products.
These people aren't very concerned with the lack of research. They seems to be well fed with feelings and anecdotal storys.
As one of those who feel nothing from neither NR or NMN, I want to know if there's any measured differences.
That research is lacking.
The only thing we know is that both NR and NMN increases the NAD+ level in the blood. But we don't even know it it gets into the cells where it can be used!
The way these two forms of vitamin B3 is absorbed is also very unclear. Some research has even shown that they are broken down to NAM, which is the very cheap form of B3 in every multivitamin. Although not in those massive doses!
By the way, you should take TMG (TriMetylGlycine) because the body uses methyl groups when it gets rid of excess vitamin B3. And you don't want to deplete those.
Exactly, and you can bet that they are also well fed with investments and/or subsidy by certain supplement sources. Not to mention the whole fiasco by David Sinclair who started the craze as well as getting it classified as a drug.
I'm with you, guys👍
Dope
I read 5000 studies off Pubmed a week. I do think there is a value in thus supplement. Unfortunately we are not all doing the Bryan Johnson approach so. It's key to do the basics. Sleep, don't work to hard, eat a health diet, a have a high quantity air filter, don't smoke or drink. If you would do that that can be equal to 1 capsules of Tru Niagen. Their are more take aways fro some people. But more research need to be done.
It's been 10 minutes and they haven't stated one benefit from it. So I am going to stop listening and find a better resource
Rhodiola, riboflavin, cordyceps
Studies have shown NAD levels start to decrease 1% per year at the age of 25.
NAD for life👍
Absolutely shocking they can get away with this commercial
I get, an NAD IV, every month/It's amazing🔥
How long do you have energy afterwards?
I have taken nmn several times for 6 months at a time. It causes uncreased bruising on my forearms, the ugly purplurea kind that takes 2 weeks to go away. It apparently thins the blood.
Resveratrol does this, not the nmn... Resv 2-3 times a week, not each day.. Altenating with Quercetin
This is clearly a biased infomercial, in favor of NR, in the form of TRUE Niagen. Everyone knows you can't get as many benefits from NR as you can from NMN, even though both raise NAD levels (as long as you buy a third party tested, GMP certified brand, as 3/4th's of the NMN sold on Amazon are fake)
And now recent studies show niacinamide, B3 converts easiest and raises NAD+ levels the best! And it's the cheapest form that raises NAD levels
This is a tru-niagen commercial. It's probably what people can supplement with since nmn is being pulled as a supplement to be only sold as prescription . Nmn is more potent, and has years of scientific studies behind it. Check out David Simclair. The father of NAD.
NMN is not banned
@lq4657
Actually no!
TruNiacin is NR, and it has more research than NMN has.
There's is very little actual research with NMN, but very much hype and anecdotal stories.
It seems as both NR and NMN increases NAD+ about the same.
Much of the hype about NMN comes from Dr Sinclair, but unfortunately surprisingly little published research.
Unless I missed it, they didn’t speak to how one goes about ascertaining your NAD levels, but they did talk about improving from baseline. How do you measure the baseline? How do you measure NAD levels in the body? If you can’t measure it accurately, then all of this is BS.
@@larsnystrom6698isn’t Niacin better and more effective than NMN as some suggest?
I totally agree. Watch David Sinclair.
Is this an advertisement for TruNiagen Perhaps?
Exactly
It is advertising …. setting up a few models talking nonsense. 😂😂
Yeh…nah! Just a chatfest of “experts” featuring Tru Niagen….. what about senelitics? TMG? CD38? And 50 other related issues . Don’t bother!
Absolutely right..
What a flog!
This video is totally useless. Is this the shopping network
